Great place!

My friend and I spent one night at Theresa's place - she was very communicative, the place was super cozy and in a wonderful neighborhood walkable to all the great restaurants in Avondale. We would definitely stay there again next time we're in town! :)

Easy overnight stay

After a week vacation, this was a great overnight stay before flying home !! Lots of delivery for nearby, and minor noise overnight.

Super cute place in a great location

Beautiful property. Very cozy with all the amenities you would need. Well decorated and maintained. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops. An ideal place to stay for a couple or a small family. Highly recommend!

Heart of Historic Avondale shops

This quaint apartment is located one block behind Avondale shopping and restaurants. I felt right at home in this quiet, cozy place. The bed was very comfortable with soft, comforter blankets and pillows.. The kitchen was equipped with dishes, pots and pans, plus Keurig coffee with pods. I highly recommend staying in this lovely apartment conveniently located near downtown Jacksonville, the beaches, airport, St. Augustine(45 minutes).

Great House!

It's a beautiful old house! The location is convenient. I don't know it was 2 bedrooms before I booked, so it's a surprise for me, 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and 1 bathroom are all yours! The host is easy to communicate with! Good experience!

Vacation rental

My son stayed at this apartment for three nights. He stated the shower was nice and the bed was comfortable. He was only there to sleep and bathe. We live nearby and picked him up in the am and took him back at night. I think he was appreciative of the privacy. The neighborhood is beautiful!

Cute Avondale apartment

This is great little place in the historic Avondale area. The apartment is perfect for a small family or two couples that want to have a nice base for exploring the city. Within walking distance of the shops at Avondale, the location is also perfect for getting out and about in the downtown area near the river. The only thing that would make this place better would be a better showerhead for the bathroom. Gotta love a good shower. But the water was nice and hot. I loved the vintage feel of the apartment

A charming neighborhood

This is a very charming area. The apartment is old though, but has a touch to it. Also the mattresses are super comfortable! The host, Theresa was very helpful when we called regarding parking spot. We loved it!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!

Walked everywhere. Avondale is a beautiful neighborhood, great restaurants and shops. Apt. is just like pictures, very comfortable and quiet. Sections of the building are under renovation, but this section has been completed. Will definitely plan on staying here again.
