Cozy quiet little house you will enjoy 10 miles to the beach 10 miles to downtown 6 miles to Mayo Clinic Any direction you go about 10 miles in really good location Enjoy a relaxing and quiet vacation 10 minutes from the popular St. Johnâs Town Center area where you will find tons of restaurants, shopping and only be a 15 mins drive to Jacksonville Beach.
Enjoyed this place. It was located near a lot of attractions. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Host was easy to get in touch with and responded right away. Would recommend this place.
Everything is beautiful! the only thing is that there one bed in a living area and we thought that it was a room other than that it looks better in person, everything is super close by!
The home is dated. Although, the homeowners have attempted to make upgrades it still needs lots of work. The kitchen floors are a laminate and not a good one as the flooring buckles in certain areas as you walk. The appliances need to be upgraded and the bathrooms could both use complete makeovers. The home appeared to be lived in as there were daily used items in both baths as well as in the kitchen. The most disturbing feature is that there was a tarp on the roof being held down by bricks. Considering, the host is deemed a premier host these types of anomalies should not be a factor when renting from VRBO.
We enjoyed our stay! The kitchen and living area were very good. The location was centralized to everything we needed. However, I would recommend using top sheets on the bed.
Check in was easy. Host responded quickly. The house was clean and comfortable. Neighborhood seemed pretty quiet and safe during our stay. Other reviews mention having problems with the keyless entry but we did not didnât have any problems using it.
This was a family trip for my birthday. The location of the house was great. Peace and quiet and the vibe of the house was definitely family-oriented. We went to Jacksonville Beach & Neptune Beach & both were equal distance from the house.
the photos of the place are years old. No play set like the photos show. The floor in the kitchen and around it sags bad due to water damage, unsafe for the elderly. The rest of the house is real nice and has a lot of potential with some needed maintenance.
The house was unique and worked for what we needed. The host was responsive and kind. The beds were comfortable and clean but the bathroom toilet was visibly not cleaned prior to our arrival and the floors were dirty and sticky which the host said she would address with the cleaners after our stay. The ad does show a yard with a playground we were excited to use, as we were traveling with a 3 year old but it was taken down a year ago which is not reflected in the ad. The doors do not shut ( I assume due to the humidity) and the bathroom floor gets very slippery from humidity as well. The is beautiful greenery right outside and makes for a gorgeous back drop. AC works great!
This house is perfect. The pictures donât do it justice. I had 3 teenagers, my sister and my mom with me. Everyone had a bed to sleep in. The bathrooms are good size. The kitchen is fully stocked. The host is easy to work with and very accommodating. The next time Iâm planning to be in Jacksonville, I will be checking to see if this place is available first.
Easy to find and in a secluded area, so very private. House was well kept and clean and bigger than expected. Comfortable beds and easy to use thermostat. Plenty of space for the little ones (4 years and the other 9 months) to play and run around.
Only thing that is needed to bring are frying pans if you plan to cook for many, but a grill is provided.
