ESTES PARK LICENCE D'AFFAIRES # 3075 Le mois de juillet exige un minimum de 6 nuits. Belle, spacieuse de cinq chambres + loft situé derriÚre le tertre de départ # 9 avec des vues spectaculaires face au nord et l'est également. Notre maison se trouve à 3 niveaux avec le niveau principal ayant seulement 1 étape vers le bas à la salle familiale. (Cela fonctionne bien pour quelqu'un qui ne peuvent pas utiliser les escaliers.) Le niveau principal a aussi la cuisine, salle à manger, entrée, garage 2 voitures, roi chambre à coucher avec salle de bain privée, buanderie, salle de bain en poudre pour les invités et terrasse extérieure. Le niveau bas a 1 grand lit double avec salle de bain, une autre chambre du roi, chambre à deux lits, salle de bains et une salle multimédia avec 2 ensembles de lits superposés. Le niveau de l'étage dispose d'une mezzanine avec un lit gigogne double et une salle d'eau.

La maison est conçue pour plaire aux clients qui recherchent un hĂ©bergement de luxe pour leurs vacances. Nous ne permettons pas les rĂ©unions, fĂȘtes, dĂźners de rĂ©pĂ©tition, etc. ordonnances de la ville limiter le stationnement Ă  deux voitures dans le garage et trois voitures dans l'allĂ©e; vĂ©hicules excĂ©dentaires passibles d'amendes et de remorquage. Il est situĂ© dans un quartier rĂ©sidentiel calme sur le terrain de golf.

La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée pour la cuisine, y compris Keurig cafetiÚre, pot de café régulier, la main mixeur, cocotte, mixeur, grille-pain, plaque de cuisson et micro-ondes ainsi four, et tous les ustensiles. Assiettes, verres et casseroles fournis. Nous avons aussi un barbecue pour vous d'utiliser.

Nous avons un stylo jouer, lit et chaise haute voyageons. Cependant, notre maison est PAS bébé ou un bambin PREUVE !!!

Il y a aussi une station de travail de l'internet avec une connexion Internet sans fil et une imprimante laser pour votre usage.

Ceci est l'endroit idĂ©al pour vos vacances en famille, y compris mĂȘme un ou deux chiens bien entraĂźnĂ©s! Estes Park a un droit laisse stricte pour animaux domestiques forcĂ©es de lourdes amendes. Nous avons une grande caisse supplĂ©mentaire et un couple de lits toutou trop.

Les deux sont sur le parcours de golf de 18 trous et ont une vue magnifique aussi. La maison de 4 chambres Ă  coucher accepte Ă©galement les animaux domestiques, mais le condo ne l’est pas. Such a cozy, warm cabin to be in for the holidays with family. We enjoyed ourselves again at this cabin and had such fun - hiking, exploring Estes Park and the surrounding areas. Very comfortable cabin - thank you!

Great House with Lots of Room for Family

We enjoyed our stay at this property. There were ample bedrooms (three king beds!), a bunk room for the kids, a loft, and a twin bed room. Three full bathrooms and two additional partial bathrooms. Even had a pack and play crib and a high chair! We were three families and had all the space we needed. The place is clean and well stocked with soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. It was very clean and tidy. Everything was in working order. Would advise to bring your own pillows if you prefer fluffier options. Perhaps the owners could add a pool table or foose ball table to the loft for even more fun!The location is about 10 minutes from everything you want to do including RMNP, downtown, the Stanley Hotel, the lake, and more. We only wish that there was more accessible outdoor space at the house. The neighborhood does not have sidewalks and is not a close walk to any park. The exterior views of the house are lovely. It would have been nice to have some lawn area or fire pit to better enjoy the outdoors while at the house.

Top Notch Experience- Everyone Was Happy!

From the very beginning our hostess and the house proved welcoming and helpful. Even though the HOA requirements are quite strict, the overall experience made it worth it. The clean and thoughtfully designed property had everyone exclaiming at the comfort and beauty inside and out. Specific comments were made about the convenience of the bathrooms (so many!), the beauty of the view, and the comfort of the mattresses. We cooked most of our meals and found the kitchen easily accommodated several cooks in the kitchen. The generous dining table sat us all comfortably. And the large living room allowed us all to sit together at one time. I highly recommend this property for gatherings of family and friends.

My adult siblings, spouses, our kids, and our dad stayed the week for a cousins wedding. The house was a perfect location and very accommodating on space. The view was fantastic and we were able to see the deer walk down the hill through the big living room window.

ELK EVERY DAY

We stayed for 9 days, loved every minute of it. The house is huge and comfortable. There were only 3 of us, but it's a perfect place for a large family to spread out and everyone has their own space. Plenty of towels and blankets for everyone. Loved the theater room, a perfect hang out for kids, teens. Mattresses super comfy. The kitchen was well stocked. We used the BBQ grill, loved sitting on the big deck watching the many elk, 9 wild turkeys walking by and lots of deer in the yard every day. Close to RMNP and Cousin Pat's restaurant, where we ate several times. Also recommend Claire's restaurant next to my favorite store The Bear's Den. Make sure you walk the Golf Course right outside your door in the evenings, that's when all the Elk are on the course after the golfers leave. Check out was super simple, and loved the nice Washer and 2 Dryers for convenience! Thank you Kris, we loved it and we'll be back!

Beautiful home and great location

We enjoyed our week in this very spacious home. Right beside golf course so we enjoyed watching the golfers. Saw lots of elk on golf course. This is our second time staying here and will most definitely rent this house again.

Perfect Stay

This property was just a perfect fit for our family vacation. The three King bed rooms and bunk bed room helped us and daughters', their spouses and children have the space and comfort they needed. The owner/property manager was easy to contact and answered my texts quickly. The home felt very private. The views were beautiful in all directions.

Colorado family vacay

This house was perfect for the 12 of us. 8 adults and 4 kids. Everything we needed was provided. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap spices and every kitchen gadget we needed. Lots of dishes, pots and pans and baking dishes. This place is huge and gorgeous. Close to everything, we were able to sit on the deck and living room to watch the fireworks in Estes. Everything was very distinctly labeled so no guess how something works. Over sent extremely detailed info well in advance of our trip. Thanks for helping us make memories.

Amazing Property

The VRBO description does not do thelis property the justice it deserves. The property is so much better then we anticipated. Ther were 9 of us and plenty of space to spread out. Therw are planty of seperate spaces if you want quiet, private dpace sometimes. We all had different sleep schedules and when us old folks went to bed we heard nothing from the others. The sound proofing is great! The deck furniture was large enough for 8 of us to play cards outside and we could have squeezed in more if we needed it. The kitchen is well stocked for any cooking you mat want to do. They rven had a crockpot we used for pulled pork. Dont be hesitant because of no AC. There are windows everywhere that roll out so you can catch the breezes to cool the house down easily. We had elk and deer everyday. There is a creek jist down the hill that we were able to hear from the bedrooms. For me that is such a relaxing noise Highly recommend! My brother looked at booking another stay this summer with the in laws but they were already booked this year.

Everything about our stay here was spectacular! The mountain views, visits by elk and deer each day, plenty of space for our entire group, and close proximity to RMNP and shopping in Estes Park. 10/10 would recommend!

Loved our stay

We loved our stay! The house was beautiful and had everything that we needed for six adults and four kids. We saw elk, mule deer, and turkey regularly. It snowed while we were there so we got to enjoy sledding on the golf course right behind the house. We will not hesitate to stay here in the future!

Our family lives in Austin, Texas; however we have traveled all over New Mexico and Colorado searching for the perfect summer home. Estes Park remains unspoiled by “big box” stores and boasts some of the lowest golf fees in the entire State of Colorado. Yet, the golf course is ranked among the most scenic in the country. Good restaurants abound, and you are ensured of the finest vacation of your life! We have furnished our home to meet and exceed all expectations for a rental unit. You can view golfers and a beautiful golf course at many destination golf courses, but only in Estes Park can you also see the elk, deer, and many other 'critters' as well, on that same course; and don’t ignore the beautiful mountains either! Being able to walk out our back door and literally hit a driver to the practice area, golf clubhouse, and starting tee provides a unique opportunity for golfers. Play golf and still enjoy all the amenities of Estes Park downtown within a couple miles, providing non-golfers with the perfect vacation experience. Even in winter months, there are a variety of activities available -- even skiing in nearby Eldora Ski Area where a lift ticket and full rentals is about $100 per day!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

So many vacation homes provide only a queen bed for guests; we not only have 3 king beds, each bedroom has its own television. The media room is equipped with a 60' flat screen and DVR plus four recliners in addition to the bunk beds. We love sitting on the deck and watching elk on the golf course.
