Come and experience the cozy, Historic Ybor light at this location. One bedroom, one bath, pull out with washer and dryer. This home is equipped with everything you need for your stay. Appliances, pots, towels, soap, utensils, extra pillows and blankets to make it comfortable. Gas oven to make your favorite dishes perfect, coffee maker, historic paintings and plants surrounds you during your stay. Enjoy a coffee on the porch, with the classic gas coach lights to set the mood, or talk a walk to historic la segunda bakery. Welcome to Tampa!

The Hot Tub is shared with another small unit. Which is why we got a big one :)

Everything was great - just the right size as half of a duplex. Pretty quiet. Multi head HVAC was a little confusing and bathroom not heated. But there was a portable heater available and I recommend others to just use HVAC in the room you are in and switch the others off. Way easier and more comfortable. Parking east and great location to everything you want to do. Oh - there is a hidden power strip in the bed side table drawer - perfect but had to be discovered.

Host was very nice , the house was as advertised however I had inquired about the hot tub prior to my stay due to previous reviews they assured me it would be clean and in working order it was neither of those when we arrived . It was cleaned within 48 hours of check in however more then half the jets did not work and the temp did not go over 92degrees making it colder than bath water not a hot tub, they should not be advertising the hot tub until they get it properly working and need to ensure it is actually clean before people arrive. The hot tub was the main reason we booked this house over another one in the area so this was a let down , the house itself was nice good for a couple that will be out most of the time .

Close to everything!

Close to downtown Ybor City, downtown Tampa and the port. Easy access to expressways. The perfect place to stay. Everything we needed to relax and explore.

Wonderful home away from home.

We had a wonderful stay. Neighborhood was very welcoming. We felt at home. The homeowner is very responsive if you need anything. It is very close to many places in Tampa. You will feel at home.

Convenient location and place for two

My boyfriend and I were in town for a wedding. This Airbnb was a 10 min walk from town, in a quiet location and it was extremely convenient. Sean was a great host and very responsive I would definitely stay again!

Cute lil House

This lil house was so perfect for my boyfriend and I on our recent trip to Tampa. We came in originally for Zach Bryan and the location in regards to the stadium was perfect. The area and house itself are full of character overall we enjoyed our stay here. The only thing I was upset about what not seeing the chickens.

Great location

We visited on our anniversary and intended to spend the bulk of our time in Ybor, downtown and at King State Coffee and this was central to all of it. Home was clean, hosts were responsive and we never lacked for anything. Only feedback is we bought a bottle of wine and drank it out of coffee mugs. And we were wishing we had a can of febreeze in the bathroom.

Golden Hen

Clean and Comfortable. The neighborhood was not bad but not that great. Accessible to all local attractions. Hot tub and back yard could use some repair. The property was suitable for a weekend couples getaway But, not large enough to entertain guests. Since, the property was clean and located near local attractions , I would consider booking this property again.

Bait and switch

The property was not the same as the picture representation . It was a slum , bars on the windows which were not in the pictures , the yard was a mess , back stairs were broken , spa cover was sunk in the half filled spa and the water was green . I took pictures of this slum disaster and already filled a dispute . Communication was terrible . I will never use vrbo again

Mediocre

My experience at this property was mediocre. The central air was on point, home was nice and clean. Bed was uncomfortable, ice maker didn't work, not enough pots and pans to use to cook. Bathroom was just okay, shower curtain needed to be replaced and it wasn't hung properly. There was no blind on the bathroom window, just a picture that was placed in front of it I guess to keep neighbors from looking in. Area rugs randomly placed throughout the home was a bit much, tripped a few times because they moved when you stepped on them. Neighborhood was a lil rundown but oddly enough quiet despite being right under the highway. I would probably not stay here again though....

The instructions from the host were excellent. Property was very centrally located for our Hockey games .GO BOLTS ! Very good floor plan, newer remodel. Great value . Will book again!

Very convenient to downtown. 3 miles. Close to Ybor City restaurant district as well. We happened to be in town during a cold snap but the heating worked well and the space heater in the bathroom warmed the space well. Didn’t try the hot tub. Clean too.
