Our 2023 Family Beach Trip

Great location! Fair charges and The on-site staff were very courteous and professional. Will definitely revisit in the future.

We had a great stay at AD108. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Close to the beach. We enjoyed the pool daily (besides during Bertha the first couple of days). House was clean, but I’d suggest a deep clean in kitchen and bathrooms, a lot left untouched by the cleaners. Otherwise it was great. We would come back, but don’t know if we will since traveling from WA state. We also traveled to local beaches Seaside, South Ft Walton and Pensacola beaches. Miramar beaches offered what we needed and enjoyed! Condo was close to each of these! We went to Winn Dixie and got groceries for our stay and also had Walmart delivery. It was nice to eat lunch in during the day, while we went out for dinner most nights. Could walk most places, but we opted for golf cart rental for a few nights. Would have got a gas so didn’t have to worry about where to charge! Thank you!

Great location and amazing balcony to relax and enjoy the pool

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. My only complaint was really my own fault. I thought we would have direct access to the pool from our balcony but that was not the case. You still need to go around to the main entrance. But, that was my own fault for making the assumption.Great condo, great location! Thanks for letting us stay.

Just a few things.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was very nice. There are just a couple suggestions i would have. The kitchen sink was dirty with food and a dirty washcloth in it on arrival. There were only 2 washcloths in the entire condo to use for bathing. We had 6 people so this it difficult. There wasn't enough toilet paper or paper towels, but with notice I would have brought some with me. The bedroom TV needs to be replaced as the picture isnt clear. And the directions for remote control usage need to be updated as well. These are minor things but would have made a difference. Thanks.

The room needs some attention, though you can tell the owners are updating it as needed. The washing machine had mildew all in it. There was sand in one of the guest beds. There was crumbs all in the pull out sofa bed. Dirty carpet. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes, using the boardwalk. It was LOVELY to have the heated pool out the back door, but you cannot enter it from the back porch. Maintenace would not allow us to watch the kids from the deck, we had to be in the pool area. We would stay again, but there does need some work.
