The house was as advertised in a good location with close proximity to restaurants. Had some issues with beds not seeming to be made upon check in but host was very responsive and helpful. I read about noise being an issue in a review and the owner did affirm that it can be noisy given the location, but the noise was much more of an issue than I would’ve expected. Granted it was a holiday weekend, but each night there was loud yelling and loud cars revving engines on the street until 3-4 in the morning. Definitely made for a restless night of sleep, especially with young children. I’m sure during the week it is a very different story. Other than the noise everything else was great and exactly what I expected and needed for our stay.

The property was spacious and clean. However, we were awaken 3 times from yelling intoxicated people leaving the local bars. We were locked out after the owner allowed us a late checkout and it took us 45 minutes to get back in and get our stuff. Owners were courteous once we were able to reach them.

Our host Gordon was super! He was easily accessible and responded immediately to each of our questions. He kept us informed and even helped me when I inadvertently had an Amazon package shipped to the property. The home was very clean and comfortable and we will definitely stay there again! Very spacious and walking distance to greats bars and restaurants.10 out of 10!

Great location and a cool little home! We were in Buffalo for a sports competition and this house was perfect for our 4 family members. The neighborhood, Allentown, is beautiful and walkable to restaurants. Plenty of on street parking and easy access to downtown Buffalo (Buffalo is a very drivable city). The house was perfect for the 4 of us. One of my daughters slept in the loft on the futon. She loved the space and the spiral staircase. My other daughter slept in the bunk room and enjoyed the spaciousness of that room. The master is huge with an amazing vaulted ceiling. All linens were provided by the host. Every bed was comfortable. The kitchen had all the essential we needed to cook everyday. All in all, a great stay!If we are to return to Buffalo in the future, we would definitely stay here again!Sincerely,Kevin

The house was great. It was nice to be able to walk to restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Lively area. There is a lot of late night activity right outside the house and it was noisy late at night and even some police chasing someone. But the master bed was super comfortable and we got to watch The Buffalo Bills win. Overall, we would stay here again.

We had a great time in Allentown, close to a lot of walkable bars and restaurants. The house was nice and perfect for 4 of us while we toured the Falls and Allentown. Upon arrival one of the beds upstairs wasn’t made, but overall the house was clean and comfortable. The host was quick to respond and made getting into the house simple. I would recommend this place to anybody wanting to eat and drink their way through Allentown.

Great location in Allentown. The house needs some updating and there were things like lightbulbs burned out in the bunk room, batteries out in the air conditioning remote control and some broken shelves in the bathroom that needed to be attended too.
