No Resort Fees with us! Free access to the resort facilities! Shine Villas never charge resort fees at Storey Lake Resort. These comprise some of the best facilities in Florida, including sports courts, resort pool, Children’s splash zone / pad areas pool slides, playgrounds and a gym as well as much more!
This home away from home features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counter-tops and stainless-steel appliances. A Keurig coffee station(drip machine also available) helps prepare you for early Universal or Disney Park starts or for a restful day by the pool.
The open floor concept allows everyone to be together while cooking, watching TV or dipping in and out of the private pool.

Episode III. Stunning Star Wars Room. Twin beds and Arcade Machine. The Force is here! Sleeps 2.

Bedroom 4.

Peach Street. King Bedroom, adjacent bathroom in the hallway. Sleeps 2 in bliss.

- Fully equipped laundry room and high speed free (of course) wi-fi are also available.
Linens, towels, and overnight/starter amenities will set you up before your first trip to restock the large Fridge and Freezer in this self-catering resort paradise.
Gas Grills can be rented, or as an additional amenity, the courtyard outside the front of this home has outdoor charcoal grills available for resort guests to ‘bring their own’ if you choose.

Optional pool heat is available for $35/day plus tax. The minimum heating charge is $175 which includes up to 5 days of heating, add $35 for additional days. We recommend adding pool heat to your reservation during the Winter and Spring months. Booked at least 24 hours prior to arrival, there will be no additional activation/turn on fee. Where booked later than this or closer to arrival, an activation fee may apply to enable the system to be turned on by a technician.
A BBQ grill with a new propane tank can be rented for your use please ask for more information about grill options.

The Hideaway - Clubhouse:
There are no fees for clubhouse use (which includes fitness center, resort pool, hot tub, kiddie splash pad, half basketball court, sand volleyball, lazy river, tiki bar and ice cream shop!).
Kayaking and mini-golf are available for a small charge.

- Are the pools heated year round?
Absolutely! All pools and the lazy river are heated all year round!
- What are the pool hours?
The pools open at 9 am and close at 9 pm daily unless affected by local weather / safety consideration such as lightning or seasonal storms.
- Are there activities at the Resort?

Yes and the activities change monthly!
Does the Mini-Golf and Kayaking cost extra?
- Mini-golf at the time of writing is $5/kids and $7/adults. Kayak rental is $15/30 mins or $20/hour. Sometimes there are specials too.
- What time does the Tiki Bar and Ice Cream Shop open/close?
They open at 11 am and close 8 pm daily.
- What time does the Clubhouse open/close?
9 am – 9 pm daily.
- What time does the Fitness Center open/close?
5 am – 12 am daily.

The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and only occupants listed on the agreement may attend the home due to regulations. All reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home and the community operates quiet hours outside after 9PM.

ID is required to access the community. Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie' after booking and to confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. Child names (not ages) are also required for entrance into the community. This check-in / pre arrival information must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (which-ever is the sooner’).

The primary booker must be 25 years or older (we are unable to accommodate groups of those primarily under 25 years old or from the local vicinity as a part of our responsible no party policy), however family groups with Children aged 0 -100 are welcome!

If you cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that 3.5% of any payments made will be deducted to cover card processing fees. This fee applies to each transaction, as we incur these charges from the payment provider whenever a transaction is processed or refunded. The remaining balance will be promptly returned to your account.
