Located in Beachside II on the 3rd floor in Sandestin® this condo offers stunning views of the sugar white sand and the famous emerald waters. This newly remodeled one bedroom beachfront condo contains a king bed, sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, closet, full bathroom with shower, and a full kitchen. The balcony includes a patio table and chairs for dining with a view. A washer and dryer is also located in the condo for your convenience. The condo offers the largest of the one bedroom floor plan with the bedroom on the Gulf.



The fully equipped kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a complementing backsplash. The kitchen is fully stocked with serving ware, pots, pans, glassware, toaster, blender, coffee pot, and more.



Amenities include a pool that is seasonally heated, fitness area, gulf views, 3 elevators, grills on the pool deck, ice machine on first floor, tram service, private beach, free parking and WIFI.



On the resort you can enjoy tennis, golf, shopping, dining, kids activities, spa, salon, marina, watersports, community pools, fitness center.

Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. *All guests must abide by all home and HOA rules*

No Smoking. No Pets. Violators will be charged a fine of $500. A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the rental home. All information provided is deemed to be correct but is subject to change. Guest will also be required to sign a rental agreement that will be emailed to them in order to stay in the rental home.

Coastline Real Estate & Property Management Group, LLC may remove any person from the premises at any time for safety of Guest and/or for protection of the Owner’s property. Upon any early termination, the pro-rated unused occupancy term shall be refunded to Guest.
