Newly Refurbished! Ocean Block Family Retreat in Vibrant Midtown

My husband and I love traveling and are especially partial to beach locations. When we are in Ocean City we enjoy walks on the beach, hanging out with our friends and family, chilling on our balcony & visiting the local restaurants and night life.
We bought this condo as our family retreat and we try to get down as often as we can. But when we are not here we are happy to share our little oasis with like minded people.

We are casual people and lean towards a cozy coastal vibe. Did I mentioned that I love mermaids? You may see a few in our decor. Being frequent travelers, we have stocked our unit with some of the amenities that we appreciate most when we travel , such as charging stations for electronics, fast & reliable wifi, quality mattresses and pillows and (for my husband) many extra pillows. We hope that you will enjoy our little oasis as much as we do!

We take pride in our beach condo and aim to provide 5 star service. If something breaks or needs attention, please let us know as early as possible so that we can have an opportunity to fix it for your stay or improve it for the next guests. We appreciate knowing that you have checked in successfully and notifying us immediately if anything does not meet your expectations.

Our condo is in the Constellation House North Condo Building. Located on the ocean side of the highway and in the center of midtown Ocean City. We love the neighborhood because we can park the car and walk to our favorite restaurants.
Don’t feel like cooking? No problem Macky’s is just across the street. Bad Monkey, Seacrets and many other restaurants are within a few blocks for easy walking access.
Take an evening stroll on the beach or down Ocean highway and top your night off with a treat from Dumser’s (ice cream) or Candy Kitchen. Both are located on the same block as the condo.
In town for an event? The Convention center is also within easy walking distance.
Want to go to the boardwalk? Just catch the city bus right in front of our building.

Our building is a low rise (only 3 stories). No waiting for elevators or congested lobbies. Just take the dedicated stairway for our building shared by only 6 units.

Because we are an end unit condo, we have a bit more privacy, a gorgeous view of the ocean and benefit from ocean breezes that make our covered balcony a great place for relaxing or socializing. There’s nothing like stretching out with a book or sharing a beverage and conversation with a friend while enjoying the sites, smell and sounds of the Ocean. The balcony is by far my favorite spot. I often can spot dolphins putting on a show in the ocean in the early morning. If you are an early riser, the view of the sunrise over the ocean can be stunning and vibrant or serene and calm. In the evenings the balcony is the ideal place for happy hour. We have designed the balcony with comfortable outdoor seating to accommodate your entire crew and to take advantage of our balcony haven.

Inside the unit you will find an open floor plan living space with living room, dining area and kitchen. Your family can dine together inside at the dining table that seats 4 along with the barstools at the nearby counter.

On rainy days, take advantage of the 70” smart tv and stream your favorite movies or shows. If you visit in fall or winter, you will enjoy the warmth and ambience of the electric fireplace.

The unit has 2 reserved parking spaces just behind the building. There is additionally free parking in front of the building for first come first serve availability.

We are one of the few buildings that allow for motorcycle trailers so you can join us for bike-fest.

The beach access is ½ block away on our street making it convenient to set up for your beach day. When you need a break from the beach you’re just steps away from the condo.

The proximity to the beach and the coziness of our building and unit make it the perfect cozy beach retreat for anytime of the year.
