We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Apartment was clean and very conveniently located to Lincoln Park restaurants. Lots of beds in the apartment and has a great kitchen. Also, the washer dryer is in unit- super helpful. The host was very communicative. We will definitely be back.

It was dirty. There was blood on the bathroom wall and something brown on the light switch. Someone else’s sock was under our bed. The beds were broken.

we had a great time at this little property in Lincoln park. The short walk from the apartment to all the bars and restaurants was so convenient! Would definitely stay here again

Great place to stay with friends!

We stayed for a bachelorette party for 2 nights and it worked out very well, the location is great and lots of parking. Theres only 1 bathroom so I would suggest bringing extra mirrors if staying with a group of friends.

Definitely did the job but there are a few things that could have been better that are preventing 5 stars. The WiFi was down and Cell service was not great. There is also a creepy basement and center area that scared some of us

Perfect spot to explore the city!

This stay is in a great location with easy access to downtown and the north neighborhoods. Perfect for a cubs game or adventuring downtown. It is walkable to the red line and has free street parking. It’s clean and updated and has everything you need. Great communication! We would absolutely stay here again.

When we arrived there were already people staying there. Used the code to unlock the door, and there were 2 guys playing video games, who promptly shut the door in my face and locked it. It was almost 11pm, and were in a city we don't know, with no place to go. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. I've heard of this kind of thing, but NEVER expected to have to deal with it.

It’s a flop house

The location is great and the property is fine but it would have been great if the owners cared 12% more about their property. Why have a nice kitchen if you don’t provide towels to cook and clean with? Why install such a nice deep kitchen sink if it prevents you from being able to fully tighten the faucet, you know? Like who needs a kitchen faucet that stays stable and doesn’t rotate when it’s in use? Why are there 2 queen beds jammed into the bedroom preventing the use of the closet? Why do lamps have to be plugged in and unplugged because the switch has been broken off? Are lamps really that expensive? Why did metal frame bunk bed feel like it was put together with the tiny Allen wrench that comes with assembly instructions and not with tools necessary, proper to build a piece of critical furniture? Why provide a washer dryer is you don’t have laundry detergent for a wash or two? We walked in the first day, place looked great. By the end I was disappointed I paid the price I did for a flop house.

The place was easy to get to. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Very clean. There is only 1 mirror in the whole place, I would recommend bring one with if you have more than one getting ready at the same time. No tv’s in the bedrooms. Would definitely stay again despite lacking those few things.
