You'll have a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room in an open floor plan. The apartment includes on-site laundry, TV, parking, a queen-sized bed, a double bed, and access to a shared fenced backyard. Self-check-in is hassle-free with a lockbox. Pets are welcome with approval and an additional fee. Conveniently located in the Mendenhall Valley, the unit is 6 miles from the Juneau Ferry Terminal, 2.5 miles from the airport (25 min bus ride), 2 miles from the Mendenhall Glacier, 4.5 miles from the University of Alaska, and 10.5 miles from Downtown Juneau.

Pets are welcome upon approval. A pet fee of $30 per pet, per night applies. Please note that Expedia's booking system (or other affiliated channels) may not collect the pet fee at checkout. If you are traveling with a pet and the fee is not included in your reservation total, we will collect it separately after booking. By booking with a pet, you acknowledge and agree to this additional fee. For extended stays, please inquire about monthly pet rates. The sheets were stained in the bedroom closest to the bathroom and the light fixture had what looked like water stains. The proximity to the points of interest was great and the surrounding area was also great! We would stay there again and would recommend to others!

Alaska Folk Festival home away from home.

Perfect for attending the week-long Alaska Folk Festival. Plenty of space for two with well stocked kitchen and bath. Easy access to Valley restaurants, shopping and hiking spots.

Great rental

This property was very nice. The only thing is the walls were thin so we could here the next door neighbor. Other than that, it was great!

Great Little Spot

This place was great. Clean. beds were comfortable. everything you need. We spent a week here and have no complaints. Communication was great. Check in was smooth The views are amazing. Close to down town but away from the traffic and people on the ships. Very convenient to anything you could need.

It was clean, grass had not been mowed so from the exterior it looked unkept. Heat was out when we got there but it was repaired quickly. This is an older home with marginal upkeep and upgrades. It served my purpose as a place to stay while doing a job in town.

I don't have any record of any heat repairs to the unit during this time. It could be possible that the guest turned the heat up and it promptly got warmer and more comfortable. The cleaners are instructed to keep the heat at 65 degrees so that it isn't too cold for incoming guests, but we aren't paying for a lot of extra utilities for long vacancies. This is in our off-season, so it probably was only 65 upon check in. It rained for the entire month of September so it wasn't feasible to mow the grass during that time. typically we do keep the yard mowed and looking good. I'm sorry that this happened during this October time period. Thank you for your feedback!

As a former vacation property owner I am chagrined when I rent a property that is furnished with second hand, worn, furniture, and a hodge podge of dishes, sheets that don't fit the beds, towels that are stained. Those are all things that owners can provide to take a stay from acceptable to enjoyable. Unfortunately, this property, which is a triplex with walls thin enough to hear the neighbors conversations quite clearly. And when a group of loud drunks arrive after midnight to stay next door swearing and using vulgar language it makes the stay even more uncomfortable. Would not rent from this owner again.

We are sincerely sorry about the loud neighboring guests that checked in late and were disrespectful. I was disappointed to hear about this! This is not a common occurrence. I assure you that we don't leave stained towels, sheets that don't fit the beds, and lack of amenities including dishes and furniture. I have inspected the unit and haven't found evidence of any of this.
