Great place and roomy! We were vendors at a local festival, so gone during the day but very comfortable evening and night to relax and regroup. Needed help with the TVs and dryer, and within 10 minutes all was resolved. Thank you!

Ken Caryl house - average at best

The Ken Caryl house was in a great location with easy access to local highways. Close to the house was a nice green belt to take a walk. The front yard must’ve been a relative eyesore for the rest of the neighborhood as it was mostly dirt and weeds. The trash can sitting in the driveway by the garage had trash that reeked and had not been emptied per the expected trash pick up on Friday. The beds in the house save the king size bed were relatively uncomfortable. The upstairs Queen mattress was very soft and had a little if any support. My family members who stayed downstairs, had to move from their beds to the couch to sleep more comfortably. The main bathroom upstairs had mold in the shower and cracked paint on and around the door. The drainage housing for the washer was covered in mold and had a Wet paper towel to catch drainage from the cold water hose. The kitchen area downstairs seemed to be unfinished. The kitchen, living room areas and entertainment systems were satisfactory. If I knew this property had the above issues, then I would have looked for another property for my family to stay.

Great spot in a quiet neighborhood

Perfect space for our family of six. The place had what we needed. Nice walking trail near by, and easy access to the foothill fun near by.

Family Basecamp over the Holidays

The place had all the essentials and 6 adults fit just perfectly. We used the house as a place for all of us to gather and would travel to and from to see other family members that lived on the other side of Littleton. We also had a little one come visit for a day and took them to all the playgrounds around there along the walking trails. It had everything we needed and was close to grocery and food.

Fairly priced and useful

While probably not ideal for a romantic getaway, this property was clean, well equipped and perfectly good for a group of siblings from around the country to stay for a few days. While I understand that no parties or events are permitted, I was surprised at the threat of ejection if we had a couple of friends stop by for dinner. The company Cymax would do well to give a face and name to any person communicating with guests.

Family wedding weekend

My husband and I eloped to Breckenridge, but wanted to stay in the Denver area. This house was perfect for our family of 6 for the Lon, but special weekend! Everything is well equipped and stocked, we even got to play in the snow in the backyard! Very lovely home that we hope to return to someday!

It was a great location near exits, grocery stores, and restaurants!

Great clean property. Had small amenities such as board games and streaming services. I’d recommend perhaps updating the Roku as it was slightly slower, but we weren’t there too often and everything else worked as intended!

Great location to stay for Red Rock concert

Place was perfect for us 2 couples! We each had a floor and a bathroom. The house and backyard has no curb appeal, needs some TLC. Inside of home met our needs. Great location to Red Rock concerts, hiking trails in area that are beautiful! Morrison is a cute town too

Great place for families

The house was great for 3 adults and 2 children as it had 4 bedrooms. There were a lot of amenities that was very helpful also (ie, a nice deck out back along with the capability to make a fire for s’mores and a grill for cooking).

5 Stars!

My significant other and I stayed here during our trip to attend a concert at Red Rocks and explore Denver. Communication with the host was easy and very efficient! (Both before the trip and day of arrival/departure.) The house was well cleaned - the only thing we noticed was that in the master bedroom it seemed like some trash had just been sweeped underneath the bed. The property is in a very nice neighborhood and is a great location if you're wanting to stay somewhere closer to the mountains but still near Denver. We no issues with anything during our stay. This is a new property but would definitely recommend!
