Lovely views from all rooms!

The property was a perfect location for exploring north and south, as well as Potrero! Friendly neighbors gave us some insight on restaurants and things to see/do. Great location and we loved the views from every room! We would return!

Great place for a vacation

The place was awesome! All three bedrooms had views that were priceless. We had dinner outside on the deck as the sunset. The infinity pool was my place to just float and watch. This VBRO was a great place to relax.

Beautiful Views

Pool was amazing. Recommend golf cart. Town and beach are within walking distance, the hill up the condo itself gets tiring after a couple times per day.

Beautiful peaceful location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were beautiful, spacious, and peaceful. The condo is in the best spot at the end with a beautiful view. Beaches and restaurants are about .5 miles (1km) away. We loved that the place had several boogie boards to borrow that we used to play in the waves at the nearby beach. Highly recommend.

More than expected!

We loved our Villa. Views were beautiful, abundance of birds songs each morning, comfortable beds, ac kept us cool and decks are well appointed with relaxing h furniture. We greatly appreciated how well stocked it was from beach chairs, to boogie boards, towels and kitchen accessories. The 10 minute walk to Playa Prieta was the best, fun but quiet beach and tide pools. Loved the location, functional and not too crowded. We’ll be back!

Absolutely amazing home & beaches

Beautiful home with insane views! Very well appointed and super comfortable for the four of us. The pool was probably the highlight and only our group used it during our entire stay. This is a really nice quiet, secure complex. We walked to both beaches below and are still trying to decide which was our favorite. We are already getting ready to book our next stay. Thank you Mary Jayne and Lilian for a perfect retreat.

We had a great time however...

This home has almost everything you need to enjoy with friends and family. Beautiful ocean views, safe, clean, AC worked well. I will make a couple of highlights to inform the readers. The distance between the property and the beach is not far; however, in my case, we decided not to rent a car for the time being, so every day, we walked to the beach, but the worse part was coming up the hill at the property. It was exhausting, 🥵 and believe me, I workout nearly every day. If you don't enjoy walking or are not in good physical condition, you may want to have a vehicle or golf cart. I know now that I will most definitely rent a car when I come back. The house NEEDS bigger trash cans, period, but especially when more than two people stay there. We were six adults, and there wasn't a recycling bin either. The trash was easily full (6 people staying), and I felt like I was at home taking the garbage out every day. It also NEEDS a GOOD QUALITY pots and pans. During our stay, the ones we had were warped, discolored, and scratched. In other words, old. I may be coming across like I am complaining; however, when you pay the kind of money we did in the middle of March, which is high season in Costa Rica, yes, it is only fair that the bare minimum of the expectations is met. Overall good, but it can always be excellent, right? 😉

We are so sorry that you were disappointed in our home and are of course, extremely concerned about your experience. We have been a 5-star vacation rental for years on all the booking sites and want to continue to provide that quality experience to all our guests. With the amazing views that you loved, comes a hill, that is why we recommend a car or golf cart to our guests that don't enjoy the walk and especially for 6 adults. We did recommend one to you and we offered to assist you with renting one for your stay. As for the garbage, we have a standard garbage can and there is in fact a recycling can. We have no control over the amount of garbage you generate and how many times you need to take it out, but certainly, a large amount of garbage does not belong inside and should indeed be taken out. Lastly the pots and pans, I agree with you, it is time for new ones and we will immediately replace and improve our cookware. I do want to say, our property manager is available 24/7 and would of immediately helped you in every way possible to make your stay perfect. We want all our guests to have the vacation of a lifetime and will do our best to provide a beautiful home for everyone's enjoyment.

Excellent location and view

Excellent location with access to two beaches at walking distance, and several more in minutes with a vehicle. The property is fully equipped and super comfortable. The property manager a really nice person and always willing to help us in case needed.
