Really enjoyed the home and the vibe. The pool was excellent. Provided some great shade at various points during warm days, which was great for our family. Would and already have recommend this property to others.

Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay over the holidays. We especially liked the beautiful pool with its natural backdrop. The location is quiet but walkable to nearby restaurants and beaches.

We spent a week at this property and was frankly a little disappointed with the exception of the remarkable house manager, Willy who helped us with activities as well as some of the issues with the house. Issues: * The professional pictures made property look much bigger.*Two or the three showers were ice cold. * Microwave and coffee maker did not work. * Leak in the master bathroom. Besides that, it is a great location. For the price, this place only deserves two stars.

We are so disappointed to hear that you were not happy with the villa. We take such pride and offering our home to guests so they can experience the beauty of Costa Rica. We spoke to Willy, the property manager, immediately upon receiving your review and he was equally surprised at your dissatisfaction. He stated that you were lovely guests and reported no issues during your stay. We immediately sent him to check on the property and he found that everything was in working order with the exception of a small leak underneath the sink which is being repaired. Again, we take great pride in offering what we consider to be a beautiful villa to our guest managed by a highly competent team. Best Regards!

Everyone in our group loved this place. As a bonus, there was a monkey in the tree above the pool most mornings and evenings.

Great location on the edge of town

This property has all that you need. It is close to town but away from the busy streets. 4-5 great restaurants that are in walking distance and 2-3 different beach accesses that are just across the street. I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful family experience. Very comfortable home with everything we needed and more. Location was ideal, very close to a great beach and walking distance from downtown Tamarindo. Highly recommend!

Everything was as expected with no issues. The description is pretty accurate. The welcome brief was a little rushed but the one issue we had (no hot water in the shower) was resolved very quickly and didn't impact our stay at all. Villa has everything that you need and we tried a couple of the nearby restaurants (Indian and Pizza) - both of which were excellent.

Such a cool place! The open air showers, the dark trim and tile floor combo with the walls - amazing. This place has so much character and is so calming I’d go as far as saying here is an enchanted experience. Shower in the entryway in your own personal rain forest, sip coffee with the fish by the pond located inside the villa, take a dip under the moonlight in the pool, throw beans back at the monkeys above the private walk out porch. Whatever you do just book this villa. And the host / team are great / easy to communicate with / helpful. Easy, easy and great value.

Book this property! The house was absolutely perfect. Loved using a golf cart to get around. They organized all of our activities and stayed in communication! We travel as a family often and this was top notch customer service!

Excellent location, the property has everything you will need to be comfortable. Beautiful pool and patio area. Air conditioning was perfect. The property manager was fantastic at responding to questions and assisting with transportation from the airport, tour recommendations, and golf cart rental. We had an issue with the oven not working, and he arrived within 30 minutes to attempt to repair it. We also needed the pool cleaned and when requested, it was addressed within a few hours! Highly recommended this rental.

Villa oasis was fantastic. The management team was on top of everything and made sure that any issue was resolved immediately. They lined me up with a golf cart and gave me the option to have groceries brought in as well. My two children and I will make sure this is our landing point for future Tamarindo trips

Dream come true

This property was beautiful. The property management team was incredible. They were so fast to respond and accommodating. The team helped facilitate a tour for my family (2 adults, 3 kids ages 12,11,7) of the volcanic national park. The back yard and pool were peaceful and private. We can’t wait to return!

The host was great.The property was older with no curtains, so be ready for the morning and it gets dark at night in the lower master bedroom.There is little/no phone service and the Wi-Fi is only good in the kitchen and living room area.

Pre wedding stay

Our daughter is getting married in Tamarindo in a couple of days and we wanted a place where we could enjoy some family time prior to the wedding. This villa was perfect! It had everything we needed and each bedroom having its own bathroom was ideal. It’s a very good location and close to everything. The property manager, Ariana, was so responsive and helpful! The pool and the outdoor space was so nice and we enjoyed just relaxing together. I highly recommend this villa for your family vacation.

A great vacation with friends

Very lovely home in a great location. Close to a rocky beach, but only a short walk to open beach. The house itself was very nice and well maintained. It felt a little smaller than the pictures portrayed, but still plenty of room for six. The outdoor showers were awesome. We did have one rough morning when the property manager's forgot to fill the water tanks, but it was addressed quickly. Would stay again.
