SAND BY ME at Seaside Beach: Welcome to this Cape Cod-style home renovated in 2021 and ready for guests to enjoy. This home is on the North side of Seaside with a close stroll to the Necanicum River, the Beach, and Necanicum Estuary Natural History Park, where the River and Pacific Ocean meet. This home is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home that sleeps up to 9 guests. The Master bedroom has a King bed, 2 rooms have Queen beds, and the kids room has 2 trundle beds. The Downtown Seaside area is only 1.1 miles away, a short drive or a nice walk to enjoy all Seaside downtown has to offer and still have the quietness of the North end of Seaside. Dogs welcome, sorry no cats allowed.
If you have not researched us to know who we are: Seaside Vacation Homes is a small, family owned business operating in Seaside for over 30 years, and the oldest vacation home property management company in our area. Seaside Vacation Homes has fifty of the cleanest and most highly maintained homes within a diversity of price points in our collection. This house is perfectly located on a dead end road and is super close to Broadway! It is quiet and all you hear is the ocean! Beautiful inside, so homey feeling! Called to see if we could check in early as we got into town sooner than planned and they accommodated us with an early check in, very much appreciated!! Would definitely stay here again! Beds are also super comfortable!!!

The house was great! The only downfall is the waste water treatment across the street. We got one evening of the wind blowing the wrong way but otherwise the house was perfect.

Beautiful home in Seaside
Beautifully renovated home. Convenient location. Smell from sewage treatment plant wasn’t bad most of the time. Would be a great spot for a larger group. Master bedroom bed was a little too soft for our taste. Would stay again.

Very Nice Well Maintained Property
We were very pleased with the property and how clean and well maintained it was. We did have concerns about the treatment facility but we never noticed it during our stay. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you need to cook a meal. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving meal during the stay. I would highly recommend this property.

Location, location, location ♡
Sand by me, thank you! Thank you for being close so the boardwalk, for beautiful morning runs. Thank you for lending your beautiful home to my mom, myself, my husband, and a couple fur kids. My favorite day was walking to the aquarium with mom, feeding the seals, and then cuddling up with the kids on the couch to watch a good show. Thank you for the memories. We will be back.

Weekend at a convention
My husband and a cpuple of friends stayed with us at the home. We all loved how clean and new it felt. There was some miscommunication about the property as i received a couple of messages from two different sources but when i called they cleared it all up right away. I even forgot a jacket and i didnt know it but the management team called to ask if it was ours and are supposed to be sending it back to me which I am so grateful for. We had a great time and its a wonderful quiet neighborhood we will definitely be back.

Lovely home, good location, clean home which provided all of the basic necessities required for our 3 night vacation.
A few of the mattresses are too soft and need changing and the smell from sewage plant not great but overall the place is great and comes as advertised or better!
