Trendy and spacious 2-story apartment in the heart of Downtown Asheville, NC. Located on Carolina Ln., guests are steps away from restaurants, breweries, art galleries and bars. Attractions like the Biltmore Estate and the Blue Ridge Parkway are only a 10 minute drive away.

The unit has plenty of space to hang out upstairs bosting tall ceilings, big windows and plenty of areas to relax while you're there. The downstairs is a smaller space that can be separated if guests would like some privacy.

The Space: This is a 2-story apartment in the heart of Downtown Asheville, NC. The upstairs is a continuous space that has a bedroom blocked off for privacy. The downstairs is a smaller space with its own beds, bathroom, desk and entrance.

Guest Access: There is no parking at the unit. Guests will need to find street parking or parking garage parking. Once guests are at the unit all of downtown Asheville is in walking distance.

This downtown apartment was in the perfect location for walking to everywhere we wanted to go. The amenities were great and the bed was really comfortable. I love the old architecture in the apartment too. There’s plenty of space for a large family to spread out. We really enjoyed our visit.

Beautiful loft! Beds were comfy and clean. Didn’t like having to find overnight parking (most places tow after 6am) Good location - walking distance to a lot but I prefer be closer to my car.

The apartment was great. We were in Asheville on a girls trip. The location was perfect, close to everything, and very walkable. The only downside was parking - we used the pay to park lot at the end of the street. The beds were very comfortable and the space was roomy and more than accommodating for our group of 5 women.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment had plenty of space for our family to spread out—our kids had the entire lower level to themselves, while the upper level gave my husband and me a comfortable place to sleep and relax. The open living/dining/kitchen area was spacious and great for family time, although we spent most of our days out exploring.The location is fantastic—located and within walking distance of many great downtown spots. We mainly used the apartment for sleeping and getting ready each day, and it served that purpose perfectly. Easy and secure parking at the nearby Civic Center garage was a big plus.Would definitely recommend!

18th Birthday Trip

This place was perfect! We had plenty of room. It was clean,comfortable,and very stylish. Beds were comfy,plenty of extra bedding and towels.Great location,however,I definitely suggest not driving down Chicken Alley, even if gps tells you to. I literally thought my suv was stuck on the tiny corner turn. Also street parking is free after 6pm and all day Sunday,otherwise park in the deck on Rakin rd.We’d love to come back and stay here again . We loved it!!

Nothing Beats Being Downtown

The space was super cool! The mural is FANTASTIC! We were in Asheville for the Love Shine Play Yoga festival. It was perfect being within walking distance. The beds were comfortable, towels were soft and the place is so spacious. Love the exposed walls and authenticity of the building. Just note, you are downtown, so it tends to be a little noisy in the evenings, especially if there is an event at the Civic Center. Not at all the owners fault/issue, just something to be cautious of. Dont let that keep you away, the place is awesome. We packed earplugs in anticipation! There is no parking but we parked at Harrahs. Very affordable, safe and well lit. Will rent again! Thank you!

Very clean, and the loft had a lot of character! We took pictures in front of the mural on the wall and they turned out beautifully!!Pros.. SUPER CLOSE to everything!! We parked our car and never used it.Walk to restaurants, brewery’s, and shopping. Cons.. no parking on premises. You will need to pay to park. ( very close)

Great location

We had a great experience at this rental. Austin was quick to respond when needed. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great. Everything was within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

What a gem!!

We stayed here while visiting family for Christmas and it was just perfect! Comfy beds, perfect location close to everything, easy to find parking, tons of space. Only complaint would be that it’s a bit drafty in the winter but the nice thick curtains kept most of that out. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family!

Right downtown!

Trendy spot right downtown! This location is perfect for folks who want a night on the town/want to be in downtown to get in on all the action. Beautiful space, great communication with host. For those with kids, there's the noise of folks having fun downtown, which made it hard for my kids to sleep.

Location, Location, Location

This was the perfect location for exploring downtown. Ashville. You will be within walking distance to restaurants and shops. It gave a family of 4 (2 teens) plenty of room to spread out. Would book again.

Fantastic space!!!

I stayed here with my young adult kids and we LOVED it! It is such a unique space with character and charm. Loved the decor and the openness. We walked to shops and restaurants. I hope to come back soon.

Great spot close to lots

The unit was clean and accurately described. It is very close to many restaurants and breweries. We were able to walk all around downtown from the apartment. I did not have any questions or concerns during my stay, so I did not have any dialogue with the hosts.

Great walkable location

This space is right in downtown. It is very spacious and bed was quite comfy, as was sofa. Great restaurants and wine bar within a couple blocks. Host was responsive and helpful when we had questions. For parking, there is street parking near by. However, we found it easiest to park in the public garage on Rankin. That way you don’t have to worry about moving your car during meter hours. It is a quick walk from the condo.

Sweet Spot

Enjoyed our stay onCarolina Lane. It is such a convenient walk to the Montford neighborhood, South Slope and , obviously, anyplace downtown. Spacious, comfortable beds, nice kitchen and 2 separate sleeping spaces both with bathrooms and showers. Washer and dryer too!
