We were a group of 4 adults and found this rental exacty as advertised. Communication with the host was excellent. We found the house spacious enough for all of us and loved the large kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. We spent most of our time on the front porch as the weather was perfect. The location was close to everything that we had planned and there were many bars and restaurants we could walk to. We cooked most of our meals but did walk up to the Oyster House Brewing Company one night and loved the food, beer and service. We would highly recommend this place!

Great location in West Asheville that was an easy distance from most area attractions. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing on the front porch between outings.

Thank you for the review and sorry you didn’t like the pillows. There are extras in the closet as everyone seems to require some different kind of pillow firmness. We do our best to accommodate all sleepers. If you’re super picky about pillows, you might consider traveling with your favorite one as that would alleviate the problem.

I was very happy with the quality of the accommodations. Some vacation rentals are set up with secondhand furniture and cheap linens. No so here. All of the furniture was new and comfortable and the back bedroom had the most comfortable mattress I've slept on in a rental. The host responded quickly to texts and check out requirements were easy. I would stay here again.

Asheville living in a small home on a narrow shady street with a lazy inviting porch to relax on! Easy to walk to restaurants and drive around town. Fun artsy feel to the home. We slept well! What more can you ask for?

The place was immaculate with a spacious and nicely stocked kitchen. The porch was amazing. Check-in was a breeze, and the location was close to so many shops and breweries. My family of four had the perfect vacation here!

Coffee and cream were a nice touch. AC didn’t reach the bedrooms well. Would recommend a grab bar for the tub.Accommodations were otherwise great.

We had a wonderful stay at Joseph's home in West Asheville. The house was comfortable and has a beautiful porch for drinking coffee or sitting out late into the evening. The location can't be beat - it's close to tons of bars, restaurants, shopping, and other destinations in West Asheville, and it's a short easy drive over to downtown. Joseph was also extremely helpful and responsive in his communication. We would recommend his home to anybody looking to visit Asheville, and would absolutely stay there again next time we're in Asheville!

The host communicated with us as soon as we made the reservation, and also checked in with us after we arrived. The house was amazing, and it was great to able to walk to restaurants, shopping, and both a grocery store and drug store!
