Vinyl Plank Flooring throughout! No carpet! You'll appreciate a remodeled, fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, good quality cabinets, Dishwasher, Stove, Fridge, Washer/Dryer, Wifi, Cable TV all included! Air Conditioning Wall Unit in Living Room Only, not in the Bedroom.

This first floor condo has views of a lush tropical garden! Very Spacious Lanai for Relaxation outside! Incredibly Unique Archway Highlighting extra space that has such a good flow from the Bedroom to the Main Foyer. Living Room has High End very comfortable Sleeper Sofa, an excellent option for 4 people!

A dedicated parking space near the entrance of the development.

Kalani Kai has a wonderful pool deck that is finished in beautiful stonework. A community grilling area contributes to the tropical lifestyle and it's practically right outside your front door.

It's just a short walk to Kailua Pier, shopping, restaurants and night life on Alii Drive.

Place was beautiful and set up was great but there was cockroaches. We pulled out the pull out bed and out came like 6. I know it native to the island but there were dead ones too behind the couch.

It was ok

This property was close to town so that made it nice! Lots of homeless walking into town just FYI The condo was ok
 it wasn’t cleaned very good and had cockroaches which I get it’s an island but still icky! We notified management about the cleanliness and so hopefully for the next guests it will be. Our neighbors were quiet so that was nice.

This was an excellent place to stay on big island and I highly recommend it. The apartment itself has everything you could want for your stay and communication with the management company was seamless and their responses were prompt to any questions we had. also, the location was great since you could have access to the roads that go north, south or east relatively easily to get around the island.

Kona Holiday

We were so happy with the location of this property. It was so nice to be right in town and be able to walk to the wharf and shops. The place was clean, had everything we needed plus all the beach stuff, which was great! The kids loved the pool. It was the perfect place for our visit. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location for the price

We loved staying within walking distance of all the restaurants and shopping. Our condo did have a big mess on the back porch but the management company addressed it. We had an issue with being accused of checking in early but the error was on their side and they fixed it immediately. We did notice the screen door doesn’t stay shut unless you lock it, so walking in with your hands full can be challenging. My only suggestion would be to have a normal size frying pan. The one there now is very small, too small for even two people.

Great location; nice property

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is very centrally located close to the urban center of Kona — it’s about a 7 minute walk if you cut across some parking lots. The apartment was nicely stocked with everything we needed and more! (The kids really enjoyed trying out the boogie board and snorkels so thank you for those!) We had a small problem with the sofa bed mattress being a little wet but the property manager was very responsive to our questions. All in all, it really served our purpose. Highly recommended if you’re looking to be close to center of Kona without resort-type price and activities.

A 5 minute walk to the beach at king Kamehameha hotel on Ali’i with many historical sites, restaurants and shops nearby. Very laid back and quiet area. Nice clean pool with propane grills for outdoor cooking. Very responsive and friendly management company. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and eating utensils, ice maker in fridge, chairs for the beach, a rain umbrella, blender, coolers to bring to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous home base for our vacation

LOVED this condo! Fabulous location, we walked to see the sunset and eat downtown multiple nights. The pool was lovely - surrounded by beautiful plants and a quiet paradise in the middle of town (shallowest at 4ft so bring a life jacket for young kiddos). This place worked great for our 9-yr-old to stay on the couch and my spouse & I to stay in the bed. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Really appreciated the coolers and drying rack provided as well. The property owners were very communicative via text and super helpful & responsive with any questions we had. Would absolutely stay here again!
