Aldea 5 is an intimate, quiet property located directly on the beach, offering breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. You don't want to pass this condo up if you want rest and relaxation all while taking in all the amenities this community has to offer.



This property is a Belleair Beach landmark and features a shared pool and easy beach access.



This unique three bedroom, two bath condo is a ground floor unit enabling you to easily walk out to the pool and the beach.



This beachfront unit is 1200sf condo, that features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a King bed, the second bedroom has a Queen bed, and the third bedroom has 2 Twin beds. The unit accommodates a total of 6 guests.



Best part of this beautiful condo are the views, you can see the Gulf from the living room, dining room, kitchen and even the primary bedroom.



The living area is comfortable and has sliders that lead you to the sand. The dining area seats 6 guests comfortably and the kitchen boasts a fully equipped inventory of cookware, dinnerware and gadgets to prepare a gourmet meal or a simple one anytime.



Come relax in comfort and enjoy incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico from our Sterling Sands condo.

This is a small, quiet residential community so no loud parties are allowed.

Relaxing vacation

Property was very clean and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Property manager was great at checking in, and readily available. The location can't be beat and the views of the beach and ocean from the property were the best we have seen! This was an amazing place to stay and we will be booking here every year!!

Wonderful holiday on the beach

Wonderful location, super clean condo a very few steps from the Gulf. Many great restaurants within a 15 minute drive. Modern appliances and a very responsive support team and owner. We will stay again.

Awesome condo with a gorgeous beach

We had a fantastic time. The condo was exactly as described and was located on a gorgeous stretch of beach that wasn’t very crowded. The property is well maintained inside and out and met our needs. The area was quiet. We enjoyed being steps away from the beach and seeing the sunset every night. Located close to many things that were easy to get to.

The property was clean and has basic needs to use during the stay. Although there’s no person to person interaction with the company, communication was great via emails and texts. The living room has comfortable furniture and a nice size TV. Bedrooms are all nice size with plenty of room to store your clothes. It is apparent the owner is putting money into this place to keep it nice for for everyone to enjoy.

Wonderful place for a family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 2nd year we have rented in this complex. We vacationed with my husband, daughter and her 9 year old son. The complex was perfect for our family with the masterbedroom separated from the other bedrooms. The unit was clean and contained everything we needed for relaxing by the TV, cooking, eating or playing games at the dining room table and sleeping. I appreciate how the unit has a storage unit outside of it with water and sand toys for our use. The convenience of walking out the sliding glass doors, (which face the beach/ocean) to get directly to the beach without a long walk was great and why we choose the complex again this year. The complex itself was not loud, though there were other people staying in other units. The complex is also so close to restaurants, stores and activities making it an ideal location for a vacation. The property manager communicated with us regularly before our vacation to let us know the particulars. I would definitely recommend this rental for your vacation.
