EntiÚrement rénové en 2016, ce condo 1 1/2 salle de bain est un paradis pour les amoureux de la plage. Il a toute la sensation décontractée que vous ne pouvez obtenir qu'en étant sur l'eau sans sacrifier un peu des commodités dont vous voudriez profiter. Du lit king size à la douche à l'italienne en passant par la cuisine complÚte, rien n'a été oublié. Vous repartirez rajeuni et désireux de réserver votre prochain séjour !!

This was our 3rd stay at Starshine. Communication with the hosts is remarkable.The place was being painted so our view was covered in plastic for a couple of days but we did get beach access via another route. We cook almost every night and the place is well stocked if with almost everything you could want to use.

John and I had a wonderful 2 weeks in Paradise on the beach We have been coming here since 2019 and Marty has made us feel so very comfortable and welcomed! She and Rich are wonderful hosts, have such a beautiful place and we are so happy to be able to stay here year after year Hope you’re able to get back next October

Everything was great during our stay at Starshine. From the moment we booked, until the last day there. The condo was very clean and super cute. They left us flowers and wine/cheese/fruit plate which was very thoughtful. The condo has everything to make your stay as comfortable as being home
 beach chairs. Floats, cooler, kitchen is well equipped and the bed was so comfortable! We will definitely be back 
 and the beach was not crowded at all, which we loved! Complete relaxation.. thanks for sharing your wonderful condo with us

This place was great. So glad we booked. Nice, quiet, and very well stocked with all the beach /pool items needed. Beach towels, sunscreen, cleaning supplies, first aid kit to name a few. Enjoyed our time and the ability to enjoy our time. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Wow

Beautiful property from the front door to the beach. Everything was provided that was needed. Above and beyond with the snacks and drinks to help celebrate a 65th birthday and a retirement. So peaceful. Great host/hostess. We hope to return.

This is our 3rd time staying at “Starshine.”We love the condo, the location is absolutely beautiful and Marty and Hailey are a dream to work with! The beach umbrella at the condo was broken and a new one was ordered and delivered the next day to us! Now that’s excellent customer service! We also received brand new beach chairs to replace the old ones. We have already booked for next year and considered this “our home away from home!” Marty and Hailey are like family to us. Miss the beach already. Until next year

Perfect serenity

The property was even better than expected! The view and location was amazing. Everything from pre-stay communication to check out was smooth, simple and welcoming. Even w neighbors above and next to we never felt a lack of privacy or had noise. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. This will be our new annual go to.

All I can say is “Pefect”

Communication was great with Host, location was perfect (one of few areas that was not over crowded, place was just as seen on website, logistically had everything in the condo that we needed to enjoy our stay, Host was so thoughtful and added a lot of personal touches to make you feel welcome, great restaurants within 2 mile range, and the beach was stunning. Pool was being worked on and wasn’t able to use the pool but was going to be done this week so won’t affect future stays. Highly recommend.

Wonderful but shortened visit

This is a wonderful Bellaire property. We’ve stayed at several! Clean and literally steps to the beautiful beach. Hurricane warnings and evacuation orders interrupted our trip but we will be back for more. Host is very responsive which makes everything even better!

We are the proud new owners of this little piece of paradise! When we first relocated to Florida over 25 years ago, this is what we thought Florida living would be like. We did not realize how rare and precious beachfront living would be. We settled in Safety Harbor, a sweet sleepy town located on the bay side of Pinellas County. It is a great place to live (but the beach is even better!)

I fell in love with this condo the second I walked through the door.
We have spent the last four months renovating and decorating and turning Starshine (yes I named it) into the jewel box it is now. We picked out doorknobs and cabinet knobs, baseboards and bedding and on and on. Everything that is inside now was picked with love and thought.
We wanted this to be a beach condo but still filled with beautiful and comfortable furnishings.
Now when I walk inside, I simply can't believe that we are lucky enough to own this property
It truly is beyond my wildest dreams.

Mother Nature has supplied you with her very best---our Gulf beaches are consistently ranked as some of the top in the WORLD.
If the sea calls to you, then this is the place to be. Last year a sea turtle chose the beach right in front of the pool to build her nest.
This is THE place to kick back, relax and rejuvenate. However, as private as our beach is, you can hop in your car and in under 5 minutes find you way to fabulous restaurants both casual and fancy.
