Great spot right on the beach, closer even than the nearby houses on the front row. Easy accessibility from town as only a brief drive from seawall but still quiet with few people around. Would go back for sure, easily accommodated our family of 5 plus the dog.

Easy family stay and the access to the beach was awesome! Home was in typical beach condition and the table bench was unstable and flooring needed some attention.

The condition of this property did not justify the amount of money I spent for a weeks stay here. The photos are extremely outdated and need to be updated. Although Sand n Sea did a wonderful job accommodating and fixing the things they could, I can honestly say that I will not be returning to this particular rental. The AC was on 76 when we walked in, the kitchen rug was completely soaked and had the entire place smelling so bad we had to go buy plug ins and remove the rug, there was dog hair all over the place, the interior had multiple aspects falling apart along with mold and water dripping from the light fixtures in the living room. The beds were very uncomfortable without proper comforters nor were there comforters for the twin trundle beds. We had to call maintenance the minute we arrived because the railing was so unsafe we couldn’t lean on it (and we had 4 children with us) and when my husband stepped off the last step going down to the bottom deck, it completely fell apart…. Again, Sand n Sea accommodated when and where they could but this home needs an extreme face lift.

Surfer Girl rental wa perfect for our anniversary

We had a great time. Home was clean and perfectly located right on the beach, not far from shopping and restaurants. Loved that the beach was private and cars were not allowed. Walked right out the door onto the sand. Was smaller than I thought based on the photos. Still perfect for the two of us. Would definitely go back.

The house was just as pictured!

House was just as pictured- it was beautiful and beautiful view. The only issue was the roof leaked when it rained but towels were brought promptly when requested. We would stay again!

It was so relaxing with beach right in the back yard loved hearing the weaves hit the sandy beach. I will definitely go back

Unbeatable beach access and view!

Surfer girl is a really cute beach house with great views and access. It is small for four adults though. The upstairs bedroom is really a loft better suited for kids.
