This house is really beautiful, in a great location, was extremely clean and the pool was awesome. I will say though that the hot tub is not very easy to get in and out of. The step is only on one side of the handrail and it is extremely steep. My husband and I are elderly and we could not use it. I fell into it the first night. Luckily I was not hurt but it was because I thought the handrail was down the middle of the steps the way it was on the pool. Just be aware. But.. even with this fact I would rent this house again. It is lovely.

House was just as pictured. Beautiful and fully equipped with anything an everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Convenient location and was so nice being on the canal. My husband could fish while the kids and I swam. Loved having the lanai. Sunsets were beautiful! Only thing I wish was the hot tub would have gotten a little warmer, but overall a great experience and would rent again!

Hot tub wasn't hot. Tables weren't clean and Lani floor was dirty. Had a nice book for reference. Rest of the house and the pool were great.

The hot can be set to desired temperture. Directions for how to control it are in the owners book. In our area we have a dust in the air that settles on to everything, we wipe it all down when we clean and by the following day you will need to wipe it done again.

This location was great. Very clean and everything is excellent condition. Pool area was very nice along with awesome view esp at Sunset. Hot tub was a little bit complicated to use in the late evening but overall great house experience. Only one suggestion would be to update house owner’s manual book to share latest configuration to provide heat to the hot tub. Thank you!

Overall a great vacation and a great place to stay. Dislikes- Bed for us was hard our backs hurt but others might like it, drove about an hour away for a few things for family friendly activities, and the hot tub never got hot; bath water warm at most. Likes- nice home, great location on the water, had everything we needed and then some.

Beds are always a personal choice. Everyone lives them differently. Hot tub should have been working if valves are place correctly. We will check it out. Thanks for letting us know.

Winter Escape

House was the perfect home away from home for us to escape the snowy cold of western NY! The pool and hot tub were a great spot to relax after a day exploring. Neighborhood is excellent for a morning walk or bike ride before the day gets going. Lots of great restaurants within few minutes drive from this location. Would rent again.
