Reverie Riviera is 0.5 mi from Sunnyside beach. Gas golf cart included. All behaved dogs welcome - no size restrictions. Quieter family-friendly neighborhood offers peace without sacrificing distance to the emerald waters and sugar white sands of quiet Sunnyside Beach, FL on the west end of Panama City Beach.

Home includes a fully equipped kitchen, fenced yard, crib, high chair, pack n' play, kids dishes/utensils, 1200 Mbps Wi-Fi, charcoal grill, outdoor dining area, rainy day games, yard games, smart TVs, free parking, full washer/dryer, ceiling fans, central AC, a screened-in lanai, and patio. Some beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, boogie boards, and a beach cart will also be available.

3 bedrooms comfortably sleep 8 guests (1 king, 1 queen, 4 bunks). Two full bathrooms (1 walk-in shower, 1 tub/shower combo), and ample storage ensure everyone has enough space to relax.

A one-time per trip $100 pet fee will be added for pets.

Since we do not charge extra for the golf cart and it is included as a free perk, if the golf cart is not working properly a refund will not apply. They cost $100-$200/day to rent from local golf cart rental companies depending on the season.

Perfect beach house!

We stayed here with our pups for 4 nights and loved it. House is exceptionally clean, very comfortable and perfectly located. We’d stay again for sure!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was a smooth process to check in and the house was clean. We had plenty of room for our group of 6 plus a toddler. The fenced in backyard was great for our fur babies. We loved how convenient the golf cart was and how close the beach access to the house was. We had a couple of options for eating out that was close by and very good. We will definitely be staying again soon!

Great Place to Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great. Easy to get into the main shopping areas by either 98 or front beach. Loved having the golf cart made it nice to run to the beach and check out the neighborhood. Thomas's Donuts is a must! The property manager was easy to work with and got back to me right away when questions arose before our stay.

Great family vacation!!!

This property was perfect for our family and our dogs. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The fenced in backyard with doggie doors was great for our 4 legged family members. The golf cart usage for back and forth trips to the beach was a WIN!!!! We will definitely look into staying at this property again if we travel to PCB

Relaxing beach escape

Had a wonderful time with family. House was really clean and spacious and love the screened porch to hang out. Took advantage of the games when raining & the golf cart was great for quickly getting to different beach access points. Appreciated the fenced yard for our two pups.

Nice change

This was a nice e change from our normal vacation. The property is close to the beach and on a quiet/calmer part of the beach. It is still somewhat close to attractions if you want to enjoy them. The home was perfect in every way for our family of 5 and 2 dogs. We also enjoyed some of the games that are provided. We will definitely be back.

Family get away

What started out as a planned family vacation ended up being more of a time of healing and recovery. I simply asked Kiersten if the baby stuff would be put away and the cleaning lady was so very kind to my daughter. The house was perfect. We loved the fenced back yard and the golf cart was a Godsend. Plenty of room for 6 adults and pups too!!! Absolutely not one complaint and I cannot recommend this wonderful home enough! 6 stars!!!

July 4 th Fun !

Loved the quite location of the house in the golf cart friendly neighborhood. The house was very clean and smelled clean which is very important to us nicely decorated my wife and I loved the master shower and bedroom. I really enjoyed the tv in dining area nice surprise. Beach is just a short golf cart ride away with plenty areas to access the beach. We loved golf cart rides around the neighborhood at night the golf cart has head and tail lights. Normally we stay on Thomas Dr decided to change it up this year and so glad we did Pier Park is closer staying in this house. We ordered Bubba’s pizza one night and it was really good very short drive from the house. I would definitely stay here again and the owner quickly responds very nice to deal with.

Just like home

Our family was overdue for a vacation and this home was perfect. Large kitchen and perfect pantry/fridge space. Pristine condition and loved the screened-in patio and fenced back yard for our dogs. Owner was very responsive with answers to our questions. Lots of public parking at beaches and home is just a short drive! Owner provided cooler, wagon, two boogie boards, three beach chairs, and an umbrella which were very helpful at beach. Would have loved to have had another week in this wonderful space!

Nothing short of perfect

Host was very communicative prior to rental dates, answering any and all questions. We had issues with the lock at one point and she was super responsive to help resolve the issue! Will def recommend host and her property to others and plan on staying again in the future!!!

Wonderful home!

The home was was so nice! It was extremely clean. We loved that there were plenty of towels for the 8 of us! The use of the golf cart was awesome. It made it so easy for us to zip down to the beach. The owner was ver communicative and helpful!
