Stay right on the Gulf in this PET FRIENDLY! Beach Front 1 Bed - 2 Bath Condo! Enjoy FREE Beach Chair & Umbrella service (March through October) as a THANK YOU for Booking Unit 502!

Pelican Walk 502 is on the fifth floor and has a king bed in the master bedroom with an adjoining private master bath, a bathroom for guests, a fully equipped kitchen that opens to a combination dining/living area and a washer/dryer in the condo. The best part is the private Gulf front balcony, where breathtaking views of the beach and Gulf are on full display. Look out over the east side pool straight to the sugar white sand and turquoise water!

When you want to get out and about, it’s just a short stroll to shopping, dining, and entertainment in Panama City Beach. Pelican Walk is located on Thomas Drive close to all that PCB has to offer! Everything is with in a 2 mile cream, shopping, arcades, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf, and so much more! Guests staying at Pelican Walk have access to numerous amenities: private beach access, two (2) swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, pickleball, racquetball, shuffleboard, pool table, gas and charcoal grill areas, and more!

Pelican Walk is one of the few PET FRIENDLY properties in Panama City Beach! The Pelican Walk Owner Association Pet Policy allows up to TWO (2) dogs per condo and each dog must weigh 20 lbs or under. All dogs must be registered upon arrival and each will be issued a Pelican Walk Leash Sleeve. *Pet fee is $150/pet per stay charged by the Pelican Walk Owners Association. Pet fee is non-refundable.

My wonderful vacation

Gorgeous Beach

Condo was really comfortable and we enjoyed the balcony with a gorgeous view of the beach. There wasn’t much to do or walk to which we usually enjoy. Our biggest complaint and disgust was how dirty the floors, baseboards and under the bed and furniture were.

The Price is Right!

Everything was nice, clean and functional. We thoroughly enjoyed the smaller size of the complex and not having to wait on the elevator. The mattress however needs to be changes. On either sides, it seriously dips and our backs hurt every morning.

A few hiccups but overall a great stay

Reviewer Comments: When we arrived at about 10 til 5:00 with a 4:00 check in time,we were informed that our room was still being cleaned and that it would be another 40 minutes. This initially put a bad taste in our mouth but the trip improved from there. Our room was clean for the most part but you could definitely tell that it was a pet friendly condo because of remnants of occasional dog hair and a faint pet smell at times (maybe just my sensitive pregnant nose) but as pet owners, we are used to all that goes along with that. Otherwise, our stay was great. The unit was furnished well, the bed was comfortable and the beach view was good (a major selling point for me.) We used the gas grills at the facility twice and were pleased with how nice the grilling area was.

The entire week was spent listening to pounding on the floor above us. They would start just after 7 AM and it went on all day. It was not a relaxing time.

Unfortunately, this time that did not work out due to the most uncomfortable balcony seating (if you can call it that) I've ever experienced. Why even advertise "oceanfront" if you don't enable it? We won't be going back!

Great Get Away for Anniversary #31

Only 2 of us, bed and couch comfortable, nice view (just couldn't see sunset) :( due to units beside us blocking that view.....location was good, little ways out but probably better since no children. I did not have a blow dryer, so had to go and purchase one, may want to get one for the unit. Kitchen was nicely stocked and clean, fridge was nice. We washed twice, the washer makes weird noises, but washed, maybe that's just how it sounds. Marla and Elana were of great help. We dined at the Grand Marlin for our anniversary dinner, great time, service and food. The tropical storm was headed inland, BUT we were checking out Sunday anyway. Would recommend and stay again......

Year after Year, A Great Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So much better than a hotel. This rental was clean, well decorated, with a great view of the beach. The staff at Pelican Walk are great to work with and always there to help. This is close to several great restaurants, but far enough away from all the touristy venues. So glad they installed keyless entries in our unit. This is our 3rd year and the first visit I was guaranteed not to lose a key down at the beach.There is nothing better than sitting on that balcony in the early morning as the sun comes up listening to the waves. I hope we will be able to come back for years to come.

Great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our fourth year straight staying at Pelican Walk. It is a fairly small complex and very close to the beach. The maintenance staff is always around and very friendly. We love it because we can bring our dogs. The pet fee is high, but we love having them with us. This unit is clean and very nice. The bed is not the most comfortable and there was no cookie sheet or flat baking pan when we wanted to bake on the oven, but those are minor things. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
