Pelican Walk 809 on Thomas Dr. is a DOG FRIENDLY modern BEACH Front one bedroom condo with a king bed in the bedroom, TWO full size bathrooms with custom tile showers, a Convertible Sleeper sofa in living area, a well-equipped kitchen that opens to a combination dining/living area, washer/dryer, and Free Parking & Free Internet.

Pelican Walk is one of the few PET FRIENDLY properties in Panama City Beach! The Pelican Walk Owner Association Pet Policy allows up to TWO (2) dogs per condo and has a 20 pound weight limit per dog. *Pet fee is $150 per pet charged by the Pelican Walk Owners Association.

The BEST part is the spectacular Gulf sunsets from your private oceanfront balcony! Perfect for couples and small families! FREE Beach Chair & Umbrella Service is included seasonally March through October!

Pelican Walk is located on the East end of Panama City Beach on Thomas Drive within 2 miles of Schooners, Captain Anderson’s, and St. Andrew’s State Park. Beautifully updated condo with all of the amenities needed. Condo was clean and well-stocked (except for extra batteries for the remote but that was no big deal). Will definitely stay here again

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While his condo has had some updates that were very nice, it has a way to go. The couch (which looks nice) is the most uncomfortable we have ever had in a rental condo. Chairs on balcony were cracked and needed replaced. The free beach chairs were a great incentive. The property was well maintained. The customer service was nice and prompt when we had a problem. We have stayed at this property several times and would recommend. This unit just needed a little more attention.

It's always clean and well stocked in the kitchen. The chaise on the balcony is great and unusual. Needs a new mattress( too hard) but everything else is prefect.
