Welcome to Currituck Cottage, a beautifully designed newer home located directly on the golf course in the prestigious Currituck Club. With a private heated pool and spa, complimentary six-seat golf cart, and easy access to the beach, dining, and resort-style amenities, this home offers a relaxing Outer Banks getaway where you can park your car and truly unwind.

Thoughtfully furnished with hardwood floors throughout (no carpet), stylish new furniture, and modern appliances, Currituck Cottage blends comfort, convenience, and coastal luxury. Walk or take the golf cart to restaurants, ice cream shops, Duck Donuts, Harris Teeter, and more — everything you need is close by.

Great stay

We had a really lovely stay here. The house was clean and very nicely decorated with high end touches throughout. We enjoyed the location, the complex amenities and the pool & hot tub. The host was incredibly communicative and responsive. The kids enjoyed the trolly to the beach and the activities and crafts hosted daily by the community. Overall we had a great stay and hope to be back!

Great vacation home

I cannot come up with one thing about this vacation that wasn’t perfect. The home is beautiful, close to the beach, pool, fitness center, etc. It was everything I wanted for a relaxing week with my family. The host was very attentive and willing to help with anything we needed. Definitely 5 stars. We will be coming back!

GREAT PLACE!

Wow, what a fantastic week we had in Corolla! The house was beautiful and clean (even better than the pictures), the pool, hot tub, and golf cart were fantastic additions to the rental and something we utilized daily, and the location was spectacular and super convenient with the golf course right there and being so close to the beach. The renters were so accommodating and responsive and they reached out to ensure our vacation and week was enjoyable. This was the perfect place and way to spend our family vacation this summer!

Perfect home for a family beach vacation!

We had a wonderful stay here. The location was great - walking distance to Harris Teeter and a few restaurants and a short drive (or golf cart ride) to the beach. The house was clean and well-maintained. The screened-in porch was a nice feature, especially for enjoying meals outside. Having outdoor space with a private pool was fabulous as well. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation. If you have the chance, book this fantastic property for your next trip!

Top-notch house!

The house is spacious and lovely. We enjoyed the quiet location near the golf course and being able to walk to stores, restaurants and ice cream. The club community is beautiful and has nice amenities. The pool and the golf cart at the house were real treats! Ryan was very communicative and accommodating.

The house was very clean. I have never dealt with an owner directly before and I have to say the owner was on top of anything we needed. We had one issue with the air conditioner and he had it fixed immediately. Communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend staying here and will stay here again if we come back to Corolla.

Excellent House!

We loved our stay in Corolla. The house is as advertised on the posting, and pictures. Might be even nicer in person, it is well kept, and doesn't seem like a rental at all. Clean, comfortable, perfect location for our event that was taking place at The Black Stallion. We had 3 couples, and it was so spacious for our group. The golf cart which came with the rental is super nice, and fit all 6 of us. We drove the golf cart to our event in the neighborhood every night. Ryan was extremely prompt with communications, and very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Fun Vacation House

It was important to find a house where my family of 6 would be comfortable and have amenities that we don't have at our home. The pool area with an outdoor TV, golf cart, and amenities at Currituck Club made it super fun for my four young adults. They loved taking the golf cart to the beach and bopping around the Currituck Club. We spent alot of time watching the Olympics poolside. The indoor space is well-decorated and tasteful. The mattresses were comfortable, and the HVAC / Nest system was very nice. The kitchen appliances were all new! 100% recommend this house!

Perfect, perfect, perfect!

I wish I could give this property more than 5 stars! We come to OBX every year, and i think this has been my favorite house yet! Ryan was such a great host and very communicative. The location was perfect - very close to the public access beach, the grocery store and plenty of restaurants and shops. Ryan thought of everything to make our stay convenient. The pool area is completely decked out with a sound system, outdoor TV, kids toys, chairs, grills, etc. having beach towels and beach chairs and equipment plus the golf cart made trips to the beach super convenient. The house was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean, and had every kitchen gadget and appliance necessary. We hope to stay here again!

Saved our Vacation

We booked last minute after our original rental was cancelled day of check in. Ryan's place had just had a cancellation and the stars aligned. The house itself was great - clean, comfy beds and furniture, well stocked kitchen, and super convenient location. The ease of having the golf cart and designated TCC parking was amazing and made our stay. The kids enjoyed snacks and slushies at the snack stand located at the beach and the adults enjoyed wine slushies. Private pool at the house was so much fun we never even visited the community pool but did have a blast playing pickleball and cornhole and basketball. Bonus moment for the kids was feeding the super friendly turtles located in the pond near the front guard shack/clubhouse. Would most definitely stay again.

This house is everything you need on a vacation to the outerbanks. The house Israel’s is beautiful and very nicely decorated. You have everything you need in the house and the pool is such an added bonus! Ryan the property manager is absolutely exquisite. He makes himself so available to ensure you have the best experience. Outstanding!

This really is a great house!.. Clean and welcoming. Great layout for family get togethers at the beach. Location is awesome with plenty of resort amenities to take advantage of. Walk to the first tee to play golf, walk to get ice cream, the store and to get donuts. The beach shuttle picked us up at the front door and dropped us off at the beach within minutes. We grilled out, enjoyed the hot tub and ended the day with the kids watching movies on the huge TV. The host could not have been better communicating the logistics every step of the way. If you want a great beach/resort week.. look no further... Thanks Ryan!!!

Perfect Beach Retreat

First off, the property was even more beautiful than the pics! The location was amazing and in the middle of everything! The community amenities were amazing! The trolley to the breach was so easy with super friendly drivers. This property had everything and more that we needed in a vacation rental! We really only needed food! The smart home features were great and very easy to use, but the owner made everything dummy-proof for those who might not be tech savvy. The style and upgrades made the house a great place to stay. Everything was so comfortable and the neighborhood was great! But the best part was the attentiveness of the owner, Ryan. He was the best; friendly, courteous and accommodating! He kept in constant contact to make sure everything was going well. He made you feel that he genuinely cared you had a great stay. We hope to be back again as soon as we can! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Our Story & Hosting Philosophy

We have visited the Outer Banks for decades and have called it home for over 10 years. Prior to Currituck Cottage, we owned Duck Beach Treehouse, a fully remodeled four-bedroom home with hardwood floors, tile, new furniture, and electronics. For three years, we owned both homes simultaneously, and our high standards never slipped. Duck Beach Treehouse earned 70+ five-star reviews, and Currituck Cottage has 24 five-star reviews — not counting the many repeat guests who have stayed with us for years.

Our homes are not rental machines. We live in them and only rent during the summer while our daughter is out of school. Living locally allows us to maintain and improve the properties constantly — anything worn or showing rust gets replaced. If the wall needs painting, It gets painted prior to the beginning of summer.

We know how disappointing it is to arrive at a vacation home that looks great online but smells, feels dirty, or has broken items. We short-term rent ourselves part of the year, so we truly understand guest expectations. Our goal is for you to open the door and feel immediately comfortable — like home, or better.

We have visited the Outer Banks for decades, and after living here for over 10 years, we can honestly say there’s nowhere else we’d rather be. What drew us to Currituck Cottage — and keeps us loving it every day — is the ease of living. Everything we need and enjoy is close by: the beach, restaurants, shops, and the natural beauty of the Currituck Club.

Some of our favorite moments include walking or running through the neighborhood, and of course, watching the sunsets over the Currituck Sound from Sunset Bridge. There’s a special rhythm to life here — peaceful, beautiful, and effortlessly convenient — that we wanted to share with our guests.
