Clean modern apartment with nice appliances and in unit laundry. First floor. Close to downtown restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the rooftop patio as well.

The place was in great walking distance to downtown. Place was clean, the only thing that needed a deeper clean was the floor. There was plenty of towels, cleaning supplies etc. Host was very responsive when sending messages. We had difficulty logging into TV to get to HULU, had to watch on I-Pad. We were not able to sync our HULU account to TV.

The location is ideal for traveling up the peninsulas. Easy to walk to town. Centrally located. The space is adequately equipped with kitchen supplies. Good appliances. Rooms and living spaces are fine. Beware - parking space is limited to one spot for each rental. There are no guest spaces. Extra vehicles must park off site. Not ideal if your group is coming from different places. Guest Manuel indicated a mid-stay refresh would be scheduled for longer stays. That never happened over our 20 day stay.

Great location

Overall we had a great stay. We liked the distance to downtown Traverse City and the walkability of the neighborhood. Across the street The Blue Goat has great wines! The Potter’s Bakery which is about .3 miles away has great donuts and the sausage biscuit was amazing. Would stay here again.

A superior location

We had a wonderful time time. The condo was extremely nice. The pillows sucked, but I am ok with that. Overall, I would recommend this spot to anyone.
