Our wineries are outstanding as well as the fabulous hiking, biking and cross country ski trails. Charter fishing, sailing, kayaking, and SUP's all close to home.

The condo is new and very clean and the location was perfect for one weekend trip. We would definitely stay again but did find the television very frustrating. We were able to access programming the first night by trail and error but found it impossible the second night. Detailed directions would be very helpful.

Great location to walk and drive anywhere your heart desires. Place is new 2024 and it’s great to have laundry available.

Very modern and new condo in Traverse City

This was a wonderful place to stay for a long holiday weekend with my family. We were right near the West Bay and all the fireworks. So walkable to downtown and all it has to offer. The condo was very clean, modern and had everything we needed for the weekend.

Convienant Location and Condo

Perfect location: only a block and a half from Lake Michigan/ Clinch Park Beach and many awesome shops, restaurants and bar’s within walking distance. Condo was quiet, well furnished and very clean.

Great place in great location

Newer condo, fully loaded with all you need including in unit laundry room and 2 balconies. Very safe and secure building and location with elevator. Inviting, modern and tasteful. Extremely clean. Great location, close enough but without the noise and crowds if you were any closer to downtown.

Weekend in TC

This vrbo is perfect. Located just a couple blocks from the main strip of TC, which allowed us to walk to shops and dinner. Paula was an amazing host! She communicated clearly with us when the condo would be available to check in and even let us come a couple hours early. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean, spacious, and luxurious the condo was. Our vacation was cut short due to a family emergency, but Paula was super understand when we did not have time to complete the checkout instructions. I have no complaints and will be staying here again!

Prime Location-TC/Surrounding Areas

Clean, newer, spacious, condo comfortable for the 5 people in our group (3 adults, 2 teens). We didn't spend much time at the condo as we spent most of our days exploring the Sleeping Bear Dunes trails, Lake Michigan, Mari vineyards, and many restaurants/bars walking distance from the property. We took advantage of the ice cream shop and Sleder's restaurant right outside our front door. Archie's was our go-to breakfast spot, a bit on the pricier side but everything tasted fresh and delicious so it was worth it in my book. Side note: if you plan to cook meals at this property, it has the basic necessities/minimal kitchenware. All around cleanliness was also a major highlight and much appreciated. Would definitely rent again. and shops nearby the

So AWESOME!!!

We were in TC for my Nephews wedding. We rented the SNL condo and it met every need and exceeded our expectations! The condo was so clean. The beds/pillows were so comfortable. The location was so close to all the main attractions, including the Delamar where the wedding was taking place. It was so quiet (with the exception of the bachelorette party on the floor above us). We were able to set a few minutes aside and walk a couple of blocks to the beach. Adjacent to the condo is a great Ice Cream place. Make sure you cross the street and have a meal at Sleder’s and “smooch the moose” while you’re there. Also visit Zany’s an awesome consignment shop. There’s so much to do within a short walking distance. You will not be disappointed with your choice to stay here. Paula was so accommodating! Not only would I book this condo again
