This beautiful 4-bed 3-bath Paw Paw Lake island home has magnificent lake views all year round equipped with private docks for all your watercraft needs! Wrap around large deck to the swimming area, open floor plan, 20feet soaring ceilings, cedar walls, & heated floors. The private dock is directly off kitchen/living room patio doors, only 15 feet to the water, with multiple large eating space s for gathering. Plus with the fishing poles, paddleboards, kayaks & inner tubes, two desk for remote working, and two large 70" and 55" TVs it’s truly the best place to be. The lakeside deck is fantastic for coffee with your sunrise or afternoon beverage and bbq’n in the sun. Take an afternoon nap in the hammock, or on our relaxing sun chairs. Enjoy the stars and cheer with friends and family around our lakeside fire pits to finish off your night. YOU'LL LOVE THIS PLACE!

Nice place great communication

Check in was easy, owner is very communicative. Not much parking in driveway but was able to use the garage which was great.

We enjoyed our time together and the accommodations were nice. The kitchen appliances were very nice. The gas grill did not work very well—only a couple burners would stay lit. The cottage worked well for our family of five.

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous property! The home was spacious, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully laid out, with most everything on one level—making it very convenient for our group. The setting was stunning and perfect for relaxing. The only thing we missed was having a ladder by the water, which would have made getting in and out easier. Overall, a fantastic stay and we would happily return!

Fantastic Lake House

The lake house was excellent. Seven guys stayed for a bachelor party and had plenty of room. Very clean, great views, and plenty of sleeping spaces. Would definitely book again.

Great Lake house

We truly enjoyed this property! The owner is very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or issues. We stay here to spend a few days having lake fun with our adult kids and their families! It’s perfect!

Great fun on the lake

6 adults 6 kids (ages 2-11) We spent one day at silver beach in St Joseph (20 minutes away) and had a super day. The rest of the time we enjoyed the house on pawpaw. Paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming and fishing. Perfect for our extended family. The best stocked kitchen we have ever encountered and very comfortable furniture.

the house is nice, the location is great

it is always nice, but things that are broken from our visit last year are still broken. The blinds and drain in the bathroom very very slow, and lights burned out all over and the shuffleboard table does not work smoothly or easily to play ... things need to be fixed for this kind of money. Thanks And dock ladder was removed, so how do you get in and out of water? I asked the question but never got a response.

Lovely getaway, great host

We had a great stay at the lake. The house is large and comfortable. The owner was accessible and attentive. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was one of the best in a VRBO we’ve experienced. House was clean and cool and a nice layout for a larger family. Being in the canal was nice because it was a little easier for the kids to swim without all the traffic. Neighborhood was quiet and nice to walk around in. Proximity to St Joe and South Haven was terrific. Some things to note - 1. Neighbors are close (they were great but just not a ton of privacy if you’re outside). 2. Outside sitting area is super sunny without a ton of shade. We had a wonderful visit and would happily return.

Outstanding location and beautiful home

We rented 3 houses in the same area for a large family weekend. This house had the best views, was comfortable, clean, and had excellent amenities. The host was very attentive. This property states it’s pet friendly, which it is. However, we overlooked that there is a $150 fee for pets to be allowed. Knowing this now would not changed our mind on renting this property, but we wanted to bring to others attention since we easily overlooked that part. As we already stated, we had 3 houses in the same area for our families, the host did make a comment that we had double the amount of people staying in the house vs what was included on our reservation (6). While we did have family stopping by occasionally to help pick things up to move to the main property, and we did have 8 adults and 2 children vs the 6 included in the initial reservation, we only had people in beds. it did make us feel a little uncomfortable after check out that they watched the cameras that closely. Overall this is a beautiful property that was very comfortable inside. We would go back again and recommend to others.

This was as advertised and more! The home was perfect for our extended family of 4 adults and 3 children. Plenty of space for everyone. Having the game room for the kids was very nice! Also having two kayaks and two paddle boards available to use on the Paw Paw Lake allowed everyone to enjoy the water. It could not have been better and the house itself is beautiful. It has everything we needed for a lake vacation. Our host was wonderful and stayed in touch throughout - but not at all intrusive. Just letting us know he was available if anything was needed.

Amazing property phenomenal owner

I cannot say enough great things about this property and the owner. The house was clean and the view is outstanding. The owner had the home well stocked with toys (Kyaks, Paddle boards, inner tubes, etc) to play on the lake. Also the seating area outside was incredible. This property exceeded our expectations which is rare. Also whenever we called or texted the owner responded immediately. We would definitely stay again.

Great Lake getaway

Stayed here for an extended weekend for a family/friends reunion. Pictures didn’t do this property justice. Nice, quiet spot just inside the channel with views of the lake still. Owner was very helpful and accommodating.
