Treetop Beach Bungalow- Steps from the Ocean

Looking to experience the vibrant coastal charm of Virginia Beach without the hassle of traffic and crowds? This cozy bungalow apartment is the perfect retreat. Just steps from the ocean and tucked away in a peaceful residential area, it offers the best of both worlds—tranquility and easy access to the lively resort district. Relax on the screened-in second-story porch while enjoying the refreshing ocean breeze. For outdoor enthusiasts, First Landing State Park is just down the street, offering scenic trails for hiking and running through lush woodlands.

This apartment has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 full bathroom, living room with a sleeper sofa and a TV, and a newly renovated kitchen. Located on the 2nd floor and has a private entrance. There is free street parking, as well as a small yard and patio. Guests have access to shared bikes and a grill. Linens and towels are included.

Some things to note:
GUEST ACCESS:
-- Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check out at 10:00 am. We love to host, so we have a high turnover rate, and our cleaners strictly adhere to this schedule to accommodate.
-- A door code will be sent to you a week before your arrival.

AMENITIES:
We provide fresh linens, towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. *THINK OF THESE ITEMS AS “STARTER KITS” - Highly recommend you bring additional items such as coffee/cooking spray/water bottles etc*.

PARKING:
There is some private parking, and a detailed map will be sent upon booking. Additional details regarding public parking options will also be provided.

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES:
We ask that you leave everything in the home as you found it, strip the linens from the beds, run the dishwasher, and take trash to the bins on the street. This will ensure the quality of the home for the next guest and expedite the cleaning.

REFUNDS:
Highly recommend trip insurance. We do not give refunds due to the weather.

PETS:
We are dog-friendly for pets 20 lbs and under. We kindly ask that your dog is kept secure when you are away from the home, and that you clean up after them. $100 non refundable pet fee will be assessed after booking is confirmed.
