Great cottage in a fantastic location!

Stayed 2 weeks at this cottage and returning for another two later in the summer. This charming cottage had everything I needed and is perfectly situated near South Beach and downtown. Very happy with this rental.

Cozy Katama Cabin

We absolutely loved the location of this log cabin home. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. We were so grateful for the screen porch since we had an unfortunate amount of rainy days.

Can't beat it for the price!

Cozy little cabin close to the beach and the center of town. The owner prompty responded to all of my questions and was very plesant. My only suggestion would be more lighting in the cabin otherwise it was wonderful!

Beach retreat

My husband, and daughter and I spent a wonderful week at the rustic log cabin. This was our second summer renting this cabin and we hope to be able to return next summer. We love the location. We’re close to the bike trails for daily bike rides and runs and can avoid the crowds of Edgartown if we want. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. We enjoyed the new Adirondack chairs and rockers on the front porch, but we love a screened porch to escape the mosquitos in the evening and for shade in the morning. And we love the setting, surrounded by trees , it’s so peaceful and feels secluded.

Martha's Vineyard is a Beautiful Island.

This property was very comfortable with ample room for family cooking/dining and relaxing. The outdoor deck was great for relaxing with ones' morning coffee or wordle. The screened porch provided a nice change to eating indoors. If you have younger children there was plenty of room for them to play in the yard. There was a smart TV, wifi and state of the art airconditioning and heating units.
