Whether you’re a beginner hiker or you’ve been hiking trails for years, there’s a hike for you nearby. One of our favorites is Dockery Lake Trail. Beautiful place. Loved watching the birds in the feeder out the front window. We saw 4 for several times during our stay. Very clean and well stocked with any supplies we needed. Television signed in with lots of options too. Close to lots of shopping and waterfalls to chase.

Nordic Overlook has everything you need and more to make the most of your time and gives you wonderful memories 🎆to look back on for years to come. The open 🛋️living and dining area bathed in natural light, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance. In the living room, you'll find a generously sized HDTV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. Nature is a vibe. Nordic Overlook is the place for a 🧘 stress-free way to experience your stay while recharging your body. Out of this 🌎 world is a phrase we hear repeatedly. Our deer family lives in the small valley below and are regular visitors! Glad they paid a visit during your stay.

Home away from home. Nordic Overlook is cared for properly with all the amenities and comforts. One of the best properties we’ve ever rented. We had a terrific vacation here. It was quiet and the forest was teeming with the beautiful sounds of nature. It was nicely appointed inside and outside. The driveway is daunting the first time, but after a time or two it is fine.

😊 Always like to see 😊 the word “terrific” in a guest experience. Taking the time to walk the Lake Zwerner trail, then head back to Nordic Overlook to repeat your peaceful downtime all over again. Nordic Overlook will have you in such a calming 🧘 effect that you will want to come back every chance you get. For those not accustomed to driving on North Georgia ⛰️mountains it takes some time to acclimate. Glad it worked out for you during your stay.

Hands down the most well thought out rental we have stayed in. Everything you could need plus plenty of extras- like a fully equipped picnic basket! Our favorite part of the stay was drinking coffee fireside while watching deer meander through the forest.

It's just secluded enough, but still close to lots of things. We hit Montaluce Vineyards for an excellent dinner, very much enjoyed the tour and spirits at Big Creek distillery, did some hiking, and even made it to the outlet mall in Dawsonville. Cheers!
