Great property convenient to downtown. We really enjoyed the outside seating area under the palapa as well as the dining table outside by the pool. The kitchen was well-equipped and the house was spacious for two couples.

Great access to central everything needed Would just recommend fixing bottom of fencing so dogs could run free but that was minor.Enjoyed it for a quick trup

Thank you for the feedback. For clarification to future guests the bottom of a few fence panels were approximately 5” above the ground, it has since been adjusted so small dogs can’t escape. :)

Perfect for FAU move in and Mizner!

Enjoyed the location and all the comforts of home. Walked to Mizner many times, and quick easy drive to FAU. Great host and house and pool!

Very Cute House

We really enjoyed our weekend stay. House was clean. We had all of the kitchenware to make lasagna which was nice. Did not use it, but the pool looked nice. Close drive to the beach or Mizner area.

All the creature comforts of home

The host Jesse was super responsive within minutes before and during the stay. Jesse went above and beyond to accommodate our cooking utensil and kitchen appliancr needs. The house is alalready well appointed.

Great cozy house!

My husband and I traveled to Boca for my bodybuilding competition weekend. The house was very clean and the AC was top notch (It was in the 90s our entire trip). The location was just minutes from anything you could want including the super cute Mizner park. The hosts were very communicate and helpful before, during and even after our trip. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a great cozy house for a trip to boca!

Very nice house with pool

Stayed with family for 3 nights while passing through Boca Raton. House was clean and equipped with all the amenities you could ever need. Pool was very nice and taken care of by a pool technician. Nice fenced yard. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms and showers. Not too far from beaches and stores. Thank you Jesse!

Very comfortable with a lovely pool

We were celebrating my Birthday and going to favorite restaurants. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The kitchen was stocked for occasional meals. We all watched the Yankees in the family room. We all enjoyed the sun and pool, except my dog. He enjoyed the fenced yard.

Friends winter getaway

This house was perfect for our group. The house is exactly as describes. The pool was fantastic. Everything was very clean. The beds are all comfortable with quality sheets and pillows. House has just enough decor. Not over done. Lots of towel for bathrooms, kitchen and even for the pool. Loved the outdoor space. Close to grocery and many things. Owner was really quick to reply and checked to be sure everything was to our liking. Highly recommend.

Fun Boca getaway

We were down for a long weekend checking out FAU and the surrounding area. The house was perfect! The location was easy to get to and in a quaint neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool and yard. We didn’t end up grilling, but maybe next time! It was so nice to have the big open kitchen and living area, and 3 bathrooms with our 3 children along (ages 10-18) were an added bonus. The host emailed instructions ahead of time and texted the day of to make sure we had the information and didn’t have questions. We will definitely book here again.

Overall, we had a nice stay. The house was clean and there was ample space for the four of us to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped and the location was close to dining and entertainment. Our biggest disappointment was that we could not use the pool as there was a layer of dead bugs floating along the top. The host was responsive in saying he would send the pool service over but I do not think that ended up happening. Also, the kitchen sink spray nozzle was leaking every time we used the kitchen faucet so I was regularly wiping up the water that was spreading across the kitchen counter.

Thank you for the feed back. The spray nozzle on the sink has been replaced. Turns out the push button on the old sprayer was stuck in the open position and just needed to be pressed in and out a few times for it to stop spraying but the whole sink faucet assembly was replaced out of caution. As for the “layer of dead bugs” this is very abnormal and the pool guy was sent out as soon as I was informed about the issue. I take pride in keeping the pool as clean as possible. I understand that is a very important feature to the property. The pool service regularly comes twice a week.

Not impressed

While this is in East Boca, it is not a nice part of East Boca. And the house is right next to a back alley of car repair businesses. You smell the fumes from their car detailing each day, and it’s so noisy when a totaled car is being delivered. The interior of the house is not nice at all. I was very VERY underwhelmed.

I am very surprised by this review. The guest stayed for a full week, and we proactively checked in multiple times to ensure everything was satisfactory. At no point were any concerns raised. Coincidentally after the guest checked out, the cleaner informed me that the house was left a complete disaster. I am afraid this review was left out of spite after the guest was contacted for an additional fee due to destroyed linen and a broken chair. I would not wish this guest upon any host.
