Condo Direct Oceanfront 1er Ă©tage! À quelques pas du sable !!

Propre, beau et tout le confort de la maison. Condo 2 chambres / 1 salle de bain avec l'océan si prÚs que vous pouvez presque le toucher! 6 couchages. Un balcon de 20 pieds vous offre le meilleur siÚge dans la maison pour les levers, couchers de soleil et observation des dauphins.

La chambre principale est cÎté océan. La deuxiÚme chambre a un lit queen et le salon a un canapé-lit. Une douche à l'italienne / WC est entre les deux.

Une cuisine entiÚrement meublée signifie que vous n'avez pas à manger à chaque repas ... sauf si vous aimez manger à l'extérieur sur le grand balcon.

Un endroit merveilleux pour s'évader et se détendre au soleil et surfer. Vous pouvez vous rendre au Ritz Carlton d'Amelia Island pour un massage ou faire du shopping dans la vieille ville de Fernandina, explorer Fort Clinch ou regarder les sous-marins quitter Kings Bay. Terminez vos journées dans l'un des nombreux établissements gastronomiques.

This was our second stay at this property and we thoroughly enjoyed our 12-night stay. There is a direct view of the beach/ocean from the balcony as well as the main bedroom and living/kitchen area. The sunrises are beautiful! The decor is very inviting and restful. The walk-in shower with rainfall shower head and separate handheld attachment were great! The kitchen had everything we needed. It was nice having 2 TVs as we watched separate shows in the evening. The beach is a short walk, through a private access gate, and there’s a rinse-off station to get most of the sand off after being at the beach. Vehicles are not allowed to drive on this section of beach, so we felt very safe on the beach. We found shark teeth on the beach! Two of our favorite restaurants, Salt Life and Sandbar, are just up the street. Downtown Fernandina Beach is 5 minutes away and we spent several hours strolling the streets and going into the shops. Egan’s Creek Greenway trails for walking and biking are about 5 minutes away and we saw alligators, birds, and turtles. We highly recommend this location and would definitely stay here again! Also, check for dates/times of SpaceX launches as we saw one go by at around 6 am one morning

My husband, two teenage daughters and myself spent a long weekend at this condo. It was perfect for the four of us. The host went above and beyond with supplying coffee, some snacks and drinks to get us started, as well as dishwasher soap pods, and bathroom supplies.The view from this condo was beautiful. We were very comfortable there. From this location, we could go on beach walks and bike rides.

Really cute, clean , oceanfront condo. Nice and quiet. Owners left a bottle of wine and some snacks which was a nice touch. Lovely balcony to sit and watch the waves. Felt very comfortable, not like staying in someone else’s house.

Peaceful perfection on the beach!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful time staying here over the July 4th holiday! The condo had a perfect view of the ocean and we loved that it was literally steps to the waves! The owners were so communicative with every question we had and the condo itself was thoughtfully appointed. It was perfection and we look forward to staying there again in the future!

Great Condo! Description was not accurate

The condo was great! We had a great stay! It was very clean and we loved the decor. The Owner was great and responded to every text. The description said the condo slept 6 because it had a fold out sofa. It did not have a fold out sofa. The owner did bring a roll away twin bed that slept 1. I did look for somewhere that slept 6. The description also said it had a BBQ grill but when I asked there was no BBQ grill and they never had one. during our stay they were having construction on the beach so all the days but the first one was not oceanfront and we heard the construction all night.

Mike and Faye are fantastic hosts. Their place is in an amazing location and has fantastic views. It was our first time on Amelia Island and we couldn’t be happier. Mike and Faye do all the little things to make you feel welcome. From a welcome basket to coffee to water. Those are just some. If we come back they will be the only call.

Beautiful condo with a balcony overlooking the ocean and a wonderful beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo right on the beach! The beach access was through a locked gate in the parking garage, and the beach was not crowded at all while we were there. There was an elevator, which was much appreciated for the luggage. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beach decor was pretty, and the beds and furniture comfortable. It was a short drive to many restaurants and the historic town of Ferdinandina Beach. We would love to stay again!

Outstanding Stay in Fernandina Beach

This is a great rental in the Fernandina Beach area. The rental has an incredible view of the beach area, is newly renovated, wonderfully decorated, and well appointed with a fully stocked kitchen. We very much enjoyed our stay here, and will be returning in the future. Thank you so much for offering such a great rental!

A great spot to relax!

We enjoyed staying at this end of the island--it is quieter and has less traffic than areas further south.The unit itself has a great view and a great deck. The only downside is that it is right above the walkway from the beach, & groups entering/exiting can be noisy!The LR/Dining area has newer, comfortable furniture. The main BR was adequate, though a new mattress might be a consideration. The kitchen was a disappointment. There were only 4 forks 2 teaspoons,(plus 6-8 serving spoons!), and the frying pans & cookie sheets should be replaced NOW. The plastic plates from the dollar store are not safe, (BPA) so we chose to buy paper plates.This is a nice condo, and we loved the location...but it definitely needs some updating.

Great stay for the 3rd year

Continues to be consistent, clean and perfectly located at a fair price. We love Amelia Island and live just a couple hours away. Considering retiring to this part of the state and this place is our go-to spot for visiting.

Enjoyed our stay but could have been a little cleaner, few bugs and hair in the room and mattress pads was dirty. The property manager was Awesome!! Things in life is not always 100%, so I'm not complaining. It was still a very nice place to stay!

We had such a wonderful and peaceful stay! The condo was clean and packed full of amenities! We especially loved the comfy beds, plentiful towels, and treats galore. We had everything we needed and then some! We also loved being so close to the beach without dealing with major crowds. The town of Fernandina has much to offer and we were treated well by the locals. We can't wait to make the trip back and stay here again! I highly recommend booking ASAP!

We love the beach. We have always wanted a home near the beach. This is close enough to home for a quick get away.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We are directly on the ocean. You can hear the waves crashing from the den and master bedroom. Our part of the beach is not over-run with people. You can sit on the porch and feel like you are on the beach. We love to watch the dolphins swim up and down the beach. We have even seen baby sea turtles returning to the ocean. No cars are allowed on this end of the beach which makes it safe for your children to play in the sand. Tranquil and beautiful!
