The Caribbean blue water fills your floor to ceiling windows so you can enjoy the view year round. Private Beach for condo owners and guests. Rental comes with usage of 2 kayaks, 2 bikes, paddle board, grill, beach chairs and beach umbrellas. Located just 3.1 miles from Cherry Capital Airport.

Family getaway to Traverse City

We loved our time in Traverse City and the condo is wonderful -- fantastic beachfront location, beautifully and comfortably decorated, balcony overlooking the Bay, with plenty of thoughtful extra touches. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay

We had an excellent stay, the condo was extremely clean and had everything that we needed for an excellent stay. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with all pots, pans, etc. We will definitely be returning. Great location right on the beach!

Excellent condo with a great view

Spacious 3rd/top floor condo, beachfront. Updated unit with a nice kitchen area and comfortable balcony furniture to enjoy the views. Would definitely stay here again.

Check-in and out very easy, property was amazing very clean and maintained. Was like staying at someone’s home with everything you would need for your stay and more including chairs, umbrellas, & towels for beach. Kitchen beautiful and stocked with anything needed if you want to cook in. All questions immediately answered by host. We will definitely be returning!

Such a great condo! So clean, amazing views and anyting you would need is provided. Super easy check in and out, owner response is very fast. Uber/Lyft easily available to/from downtown.

Amazing place

This condo is amazing! We hesitated to book it as there was not many reviews, but don’t! It was extremely clean, well maintained, and the location and amenities are great! We woke up each morning to watch the sunrise and we could see the sunset each night. The beach was great as well. We will definitely be booking again for a family trip!

Cozy condo with a beautiful view

The property is just as described. The view of the lake is the first thing you see as you walk in the door, which is beautiful. The condo was very clean and the hosts were thoughtful to provide all the essentials you might need to make your stay easy and relaxing. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We especially appreciated the availability of beach towels & beach equipment. We look forward to staying here again next summer.

Traverse City Color Tour

This condo was perfect for two couples to enjoy. It was extremely comfortable with all the comforts of home. The owner was very easy to reach and very accommodating. We came to see the fall colors and we were not disappointed. I would definitely rent this condo again!

This property is second to none. The location is fantastic. The owners take tremendous pride in offering this outstanding property. Must stay location!

I've never felt more taking care of when I have rented a place! The supplies that were given were amazing because we didn't have to run out right away to get things like toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap. Also, having access to beach items like kayaks, bikes, the paddle board, chairs and all the beach necessities made the stay all the better and so convenient! The location is perfect, the beach was clean and the sunsets were magical. The host was easy to contact, quick to respond and helpful during check in. Can't wait to return!

Great stay

So glad we booked this property. The furniture felt and looked brand new. Cable available so no messing with streaming platforms if we didn't feel like it. The location is very close to downtown but a perfect distance from crowds and traffic. The beach is fluffy sand, while many other Michigan beaches are rocky. William was very communicative and friendly to work with. We loved this as a home base and hope we get to return.

Immaculate Condo with a killer view

Bills condo was great in every aspect, very clean, very updated with all the supplies you need for a great getaway. He answers all questions quickly you may have and did I mention the awesome view of the bay? Wow! Nice deck to chill with a coffee or wine. You can walk the beach and close to most places. You wont regret!

It was a very nice place. Because my wife has Parkinson’s, with no elevator to the 3rd floor condo, it was an extreme challenge. Sorry to say we will not be back.

A Gem!!!!

Everything we could want was available, the beach was marvelous and we really enjoyed using the kayaks several times. I could not rate this less than EXCELLENT in any category. It is just the property we have been looking to rent for years. We plan to come back many times in the future. Thank you William for your care and thoughtfulness.
