The host is very responsive, and the location is very quiet. Be sure to bring your own towels and hangers. The washer dryer is a little dated, and the entrance is through the unfinished basement. Pleased overall! Thank you!

So glad you enjoyed your vacation. Just a note on the entrance, there is also a front door you can use that has the same passcode as the side door. People tend to use the side door more as its more accessible from the driveway. Thanks again for staying with us.

Wonderful beach vacation

House was wonderful and served our purpose well. Quiet neighborhood and easy access to OOB. Would recommend and stay again!

Location was close to beach, food and other activities, but removed enough to be quiet and away from chaos at the strip. Would suggest hangers for the closets and hooks on bathroom doors to hang bath towels on. Shower could be improved. Had to buy bath mat and filters for coffee maker. Bring your own detergent if you want to do laundry.

Old Orchard Beach

Property is great for a large family not far from the Old Orchard Beach on a quiet street. The property is well equipped and has generally everything you need for a fun beach vacation. However will need to bring bath towels and extra bedding for pull out sofa as these are not provided.

Perfect location

The whole experience was nothing shy of perfect. It was a very quiet street yet close to all the fun things to do and places to eat. Everyone was so nice thru the whole process. We would recommend this spot to anyone. Hope to be able to do it again next year.

Sunny Days in OOB

We had a perfect 2 week stay! The house is newly renovated and has a great location to all Old Orchard Beach has to offer. Susan was easy to work with and the whole process was seamless. Looking forward to summer 2023!

July 2024 Maine vacation.

The property is located on a very quiet dead end road. Not only was the house very comfortable, but it had everything we might need or would want. The property description was 100% accurate, with nice large rooms. The property manager responded quickly to all my questions prior to arrival, I didn’t really have any questions once we checked in, as it was easy to locate whatever we needed. We would definitely vacation at this property again.

The home was very clean and spacious. Loved that there were two coffee makers for pods and pots. Not many coffee mugs available, had to wash daily for the next morning. There weren't any towels provided for the kitchen or bathroom, had to use our beach towels. The bed pillows were minimal and no extra linens were available for using the pull out couches.

Thanks so much for the feedback. We do not provide any towels only bedding as mentioned in the listing for people to prepare. As far as bedding for pull out couches, we keep extras for guests to use in the armoire and i wish you would of reached out because we would of made sure to explain where they were and drop off more if needed. The house was very clean and most of the promised amenities were available. The sofa beds however did not come with bedding. So my son after driving four and a half hours from New York had to find an open store at nine o’clock in the evening to buy sheets and a bed pillow. The closets were great but there was not a single hanger in the house. I would also suggest you tell your guests about all the stairs. My husband and I are in our seventies, if we knew there were so many steep stairs we would not have rented this house.
