Nous appelons notre maison de plage 'Suite 16 et embrassée par le sun'- vous appeler le ciel. Profitez de nos sucre de sable blanc et les eaux émeraude de jour et les sons apaisants de la vague déferlante de nuit. Cette maison de ville dispose d'une terrasse privée au large de la salle de séjour spacieuse, ainsi que d'un balcon privé hors de la chambre principale.

Les vues sont à couper le souffle dans toutes les directions et sont souvent appelés le meilleur sur la plage. Joliment décoré, cuisine mise à jour, chambres décorées avec goût, laveuse / sécheuse, un parking couvert et plus encore. Ceci est une merveilleuse retraite de vacances ... profiter de la sérénité de notre plage de Seagrove.

Walton Dunes est un établissement non-fumeur dans son «intégralité, s'il vous plaît respecter les associations de règles.

Seulement Walton County, Floride propriétaires sont autorisés à avoir des animaux de compagnie sur la plage avec les permis appropriés.

We cannot thank Laura enough for being an absolute lifesaver. Due to a renovation delay at another property, we were left in a very difficult spot, but Laura stepped in and saved our trip. Her property is absolutely wonderful- immaculate, well appointed, and features a truly fantastic view that we enjoyed every single day. Beyond the beautiful space, her kindness and responsiveness made a stressful situation feel seamless. If you are looking for fantastic host who truly cares about her guests look no further. We highly recommend staying here.

The owners were absolutely wonderful — incredibly helpful and a pleasure to communicate with from start to finish. The condo was impeccably stocked with every kitchen essential you could think of, plus all the little extras a family needs to truly feel at home. Our kids were kept thoroughly entertained with an impressive selection of toys, boogie boards, and more, and the easy beach access was a dream come true — especially during the hustle of spring break season.When we had a last-minute change of plans regarding our pets, the owners couldn’t have been more gracious or understanding. That kind of flexibility and genuine hospitality is rare and truly made all the difference.We would absolutely love to return to this property — it checked every box for a perfect family getaway, and we’d recommend it without hesitation!

We love to stay on this spot on the beach and in this complex. Always pretty quiet and away from the crowded areas. This unit was extremely clean and had beautiful views. We loved having two beds in the 2nd bedroom for the kids. Very thankful for the beach accessories kept at the unit as well. Will definitely be staying here again!

Clean, Convenient And Well Stocked

Our family of four enjoyed our stay. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked and beach umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards were all provided. Private beach access was convenient. Host was most gracious and communication was easy.

Lovely little getaway

We had the best time at this condo. It was very clean. The kitchen provided everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The condo is so close to the beach, it was so nice to sit on the balcony and watch the waves come in. The beach access was easy to get to and the beach is very private. The owners were easy to get ahold of and respond quickly to any questions we had. We can’t wait to come back!

Great Stay, Perfect location

We loved staying here. It was perfect for the 5 of us. The location and views are perfect. Private beach access and a section of the beach that is not crowded. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and it was so nice to have beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys to use. The owner was wonderful to work with and very responsive to questions.

Family vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location of this property is unbeatable. We loved walking out the door and down to the beach. Restaurants, shopping, bike rentals, and coffee shops are all within walking distance. We loved having a covered parking space and an area to shower off the sand and access all of the beach toys including several nice beach chairs and umbrellas. The beaches were beautiful and never too crowded thanks to the private beach access. Communication and check in were super easy! We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I needed a quick getaway and this place checked all of our boxes. We loved watching the storms come in on the rainy days, and the quick & easy access to the beach. Management was extremely responsive! Great little community, not crowded, and the pups loved it too. We hope to come back soon. If you’re having any second thoughts, don’t. Just book it!

Directly on the beach-only a few steps! Especially convenient with a toddler! Beach was private and it was refreshing not to be crowded. Little traffic so very quiet. Will definitely book again!

This townhouse is in a perfect location. We were able to drive to seaside easily. There are so many shops and great restaurants close by. I loved the private beach. We didn’t have to rush to put our chairs and umbrellas out early. The beach was marked with private property signs and no one used it except for townhouse occupants. The property manager was so kind and helpful.

Perfect Location

Perfect location in the Seaside area. Far enough from the hustle and bustle of Seaside to enjoy a quiet beach day. This condo was perfect for my little family. The rental could use an update but it was very clean. Plenty of space for the 4 of us and the beach access was very convenient. Would definitely stay again. Beach was not at all crowded.
