Located just 5 min from Vero’s best beach, 8 min from beach side shopping and restaurants, and 5 min from downtown art district and restaurants. Property is private with fenced yard. I have been told I did a great job decorating. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. Ginger Lilly organic plant based body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Hand sanitizer, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent. Check out my other Rock Ridge listings.

We absolutely loved this pet friendly little cottage. It was very accommodating for my pets. The decor was adorable and it was very close to Publix and Wawa. We will definitely be back. It made our Christmas extra special.

Great place to stay rather than stay in hotels. Great price and great location for us visiting family. Quiet neighborhood and always felt safe.

Sweet hideaway in a quiet neighborhood

We stayed in Rock Ridge III for three nights. It was the perfect place for us- close to everything, quiet, and private. It was an ideal base camp for coastal adventures with family and friends.

Great rental home in Vero Beach!

Inviting home close to everything in Vero Beach. Very nice amenities and beach decor made it a very comfortable and relaxing stay. It’s close to everything you need in Vero, you can get to the beach in about 7 minutes, just a quick ride over the 17th street Bridge. Movie theater, neighborhood Wal Mart, Publix and multiple restaurants all within a mile to a mile and a half away. Really enjoyed the home and our stay, definitely recommend it!

Construction Get Away

We stayed at this house while our home was getting a new roof. It was very clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Our Boxers loved the fenced in yard. David was very responsive and I would recommend this property for anyone wishing to stay in Vero Beach. recommend this house to anyone looking for a varie

The Perfect Place with Fence!

Because we travel with our dogs, this was perfect for us!! The yard is private, the house was spotless, the amenities were awesome and the beds were comfortable. This is our second time staying and now our only go-to place while here visiting family.

Cute place, great location

The house is a cute older Florida home. It is comfortable and very close to everything. David is a great host & I highly recommend this property. We have two dogs & it worked out with a fenced back yard.

Lovely cottage!

What a nice weekend. The property is clean and well-kept. Shower's a little tricky but David is very communicative. Even though the house is right on the corner, it was mostly quiet. It's a nice neighborhood and easy to find. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice Getaway

Property was clean, and comfortable. All of the amenities were there for us to cook at home. The fenced in back yard was nice for our dogs. David was great to deal with.

Perfect little house

The house was just as described and had everything that we needed. The house is older, but has been updated nicely. The only area that we did not care for was the bathroom particularly the shower.

Super Cute!

This is an older property that has been redone but it is really cute and functional. It has all that you need. The host is on his game and gets right back to you. You are close to restaurants, shopping, not far from the beach. I would easily return to this property.

Good for the price point

Overall quaint, the bed mattress was really good, extra linen. The only downfalls were the mote you needed to cross to enter the property, I had to walk on the neighbor's lawn to get out. The shower handle was extremely difficult to get to work and maintain temp, also the water pressure was lacking. Otherwise, very nice place to stay.
