Not located in a homeowners association so you can bring your boat, kayaks, or jet skis to enjoy the Indian River or ocean. Plenty of parking. Centrally located in Vero Beach gives you ease of access to shopping and the beaches. Only 5 miles to the beach!! Only 1.5 miles to Jacki Robinson Training Center!

Great little cute home. It is quiet and convenient to where we want to be. The only improvement or suggestion that we have is to change the mattress cover to a breathable material. Our back got sweaty and uncomfortable from the mattress cover. Otherwise it is a very pleasant stay. Host is very quick in responding and good at communicating.

One Month In Vero Beach

Our second time staying at this cottage. Great location, cleanest rental we ever stayed in over the past 18 years traveling, wonderful host.

Quiet and Peaceful Stay

Home was as pictured and clean. Street was nice and quiet. We were in town for an event at the Jackie Robinson Training center which was only 1.5 miles away and we loved that the beach was only 10 minutes away. The beach chairs and umbrella came in handy!

Excellent Stay in Vero Beach

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was in a good location close to grocery stores and other food options. In addition, the house was clean and well maintained, and the check-in and check-out process was efficient and simple.

Quiet but close to everything

This property is well maintained and has provided everything you would need for a great stay. We were close to anything we wanted to see or do ( beach, shopping, restaurants) but the house was on a very quiet dead end road.

This was my first time in using VRBO and i have to say I was nervous about the booking. However, there was no need to be. The host Kim was very quick at answering questions I had, the property was great for our needs and to be honest I didnt want to leave. Would happily live in this property. The area was beautiful with lovely beaches and lots of places to visit.A hire car is a must to get the full potential of this property.Places visited whilst in Vero included:Navy Seal Musuem an absolute must!Loggerhead Marinelife centre.Kennedy Space Centre.Daytona Speedway.Everglades.As an avid plane geek the local airport gave much satisfaction in watching trainee pilots.So its a huge 5 stars to Kim and the property along with Vero and surrounding areas.

Much needed warmth and fun!

The cottage was a great stay for my family! The space was clean and welcoming. The screened front porch was a wonderful cherry on top! My son loved all the lizards and flowers out front. Highly recommend!

Great property conveniently located. Only 5 miles from the beach and no HOA gives you the flexibility to bring your boat or jet skis. I don't have an RV hookup but there is plenty of room for one!! Very relaxed atmosphere and easy living. This is a dead end street so no thru traffic!! There is a ring doorbell at the front door and camera for the backyard
