Welcome to Casa Golden Sun! Everything is new in this modern pool home, a huge lanai with plenty of creature comforts to relax in the sun or shade; 3 car garage has ample space. Very sought-after neighborhood: quiet, safe, but close to everything. Watch the manatees at lovely Sirenia Vista Park (5 min drive/15 walk). Easy, short drive to nature preserves, shopping, and quaint Matlacha.

We have a pool heater for the cooler months!

Enjoy the free wifi and Hulu subscription on new TVs in the Living Area and Master Suite. Speaking of the Master Suite, it is beautiful, with two large walk-in closets (for your extended stays!) and separate vanities, an elegant stand-alone tub, and roomy walk-in shower.

This property was beautiful. Unfortunately we did have some issues with broken items throughout the house which we communicated to the host (faucet to the master bath tub, pool toys all popped and net broken for cleaning, curtains broken). We did come during a colder time and were looking forward to the heated pool although the heater was not working the first few days (I think due to the pool not being filled high enough); we communicated this to the host but weren’t offered any solutions and the host took 16 hours and 20 hours to reply. An unfortunate instance occurred where the water shut off to the entire house for roughly 18 hours and by the third message the host did get back to me (I felt anxious to message as we continued to not be responded to). The host was able to resolve the water by the evening but it was unfortunate as we have small children and did not have access to any running water for 18 hours. By day 4 the pool heater did work wonderfully so we were able to enjoy our experience by then. The host did offer us 10% back which was appreciated but didn’t necessarily help improve our experience for the high cost we paid to stay here with the expectation of a fully heated pool and functional house. Overall, the house was beautiful and the pool was great once the heater worked effectively. The location was very nice although it did not offer for much privacy which wasn’t a huge issue for us. I’d say communication could definitely be improved for future stays!

Very nice property in a quiet neighborhood.

Very nice house with a spacious layout. We loved the master bedroom and bathroom. The kids enjoyed the pool. Close to Fort Meyers and numerous beaches, but far enough away that we could enjoy quiet nights by the pool. Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Family vacation

This property was amazing. The house is very clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. Its was so much fun having a pool right outside our door. We were down visiting family but also had fun at Venice Beach, Fishermen’s Village and a few great restaurants. We are grateful to have found this home.

Excellent home for a family trip

Beautiful, very clean and well kept house. Enjoyed the pool and lanai. Well stocked with everything needed for our stay. Will definitely consider this home again when visiting family in Cape Coral. The only downside was we were looking forward to the hot tub as it was listed in the amenities, but unfortunately there was none.

Lovely Home

We had a great experience staying with this host. The home is actually bigger than how it appears in the pictures shown. This home is well appointed with all the comforts of home. The pool was of course an added bonus. We will definitely be back when visiting family in the area!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Everything about it was perfect, clean and the pool was very nice to have. The only negative I would say is that the couch in the living room is not comfortable but for the most part we sat outside. Planning for next year! Great home.

Nice getaway

I had an enjoyable trip. The house itself was very clean but i found the pool deck and the exterior of the barbeque and the lani windows needed additional attention. Also the 2 pool chaise lounges need replacement they were falling apart and left debris continously on the deck. Because i stayed an extended period a good mop and vacuum cleaner was needed. I had to purchase these items myself to maintain a clean environment. for a month i
