Modern Oasis Heated Pool BBQ, EV & Fast WiFi

Our place is ideal to chase away the quarantine blues - with your own private pool, BBQ, hammock garden and multiple outdoor entertaining spaces you won't want to leave. However, if you do want to venture out, great local restaurants like Hank's are just a few blocks away. We've also got an office set up with 2 desks and Google Fiber 2 GBPS fast WiFi. EV Tesla Charger - NEMA 14-50 adapter.

Extras:
Pet fee: $100. Must get approval in advance. Mature, potty-trained dogs only.
Pool heater: Please inquire.

House Rules
No events/party. No Smoking cigarettes or 420 inside or outside. No Drugs. No extra guests without prior authorization (just ask - can my friend or sister come swim with us, we usually say yes). Mention pets while reserving, please don't sneak them in. No loud music - just out of respect for neighbors. Important - no flushing anything other than TP down the toilets. Although we have replaced as much plumbing as possible, this is still an older house.

Great House in ATX

This is a great house in Austin and we had a blast with our family in town for ACL. The weather was pretty hot so the pool was much needed. Thank you Rohit!

Super Sweet Austin Getaway.

We booked this Modern Oasis as a base for a birthday party with friends coming from both coasts. The layout is fantastic with all the kitchen tools you need and the outdoor area is an added bonus. It’s a short drive or Uber to downtown and there’s a HEB and Target really close by. Well worth the price for sure.

Perfection

A little "gently used" as advertised but if you overlook a little paint on the floor, missing moulding around the tub, and a wallpaper ooppps, the actual facility is well stocked, very clean and pleasantly updated. The pool area is fantastic 👌.

We'd come back for sure. The owner was super helpful with minor problems. He was easy to work with. It is a safe neighborhood—a nice backyard with a pool. We had a great cookout with friends. I'd put this on your list if you are going to Austin. KFC

best family vrbo ever

We joined our daughter here for Thanksgiving and all loved this place. Very comfortable and beautiful fenced in yard with pool (too cool to use but enjoyed just looking) Appreciative they let us bring dog. Best stocked kitchen we have had in a rental and very close to downtown Austin with reliable Uber transportation too.Thank you for letting us enjoy your home, beds very comfortable, Becky O

We enjoyed our stay

We traveled with friends and enjoyed our stay at the property. It had everything we needed and our group enjoyed ending each day with a dip in the pool. Check in was easy and so were the departure procedures.

Cool spot in a hot town

...and by hot I mean,like, 103 deg hot. Pool and outdoor space was great to cool off. House amazingly well equipped for take out or cooking. Rohit was great to work with.

Relaxing stay

My husband, son and I came to Austin for the weekend to celebrate my husband’s birthday and see a soccer game. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially enjoyed the pool and patio area.

Great get away from the hustle and bustle

What a lovely property! The home has been updated and the showers were amazing. Plenty of room for our group of 5 friends that have known each other our whole lives. We spent plenty of time in the backyard pool. It was a welcome relief in the Austin summer heat. Please read the Welcome book left at the house. We had a surprise when the pool company showed up, but they were incredibly polite and once we read the Welcome book , their schedule is listed in there. Quiet neighborhood, and convenient drive to restaurants, grocery and downtown. Would absolutely stay again!! Thank you so much for a memorable week. (p.s. the bats were definitely worth the evening trip downtown!)

Amazing spot

Owner was very responsive, helpful, and friendly. The place was beautiful and spacious. Great layout and the backyard is phenomenal. We were very happy with our stay!
