We loved the location and being able to walk anywhere along the bay. Having access to the beach chairs and umbrella was so convenient and just what we needed for our beach day.

Perfect location!

Property was exactly as advertised! Perfect location on the bay and easy walk to the beach. Delicious coffee and brunch options within walking distance too. Loved our stay!

The location was great! Right on the bay with a beautiful running trail and close to Belmont. The beach was our favorite spot to hang.

Perfect spot, did the bay one day and walked to the waves another day. Umbrella and chairs worked out great! Everything so clean too!

A Gem on Mission Bay

Good Vibes Only is a perfect title for this VRBO. The location, layout, and decor of this spot are perfect. The host was so helpful and explained everything seamlessly for check-in and check-out. You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

We LOVE this condo

Our time at Good Vibes was absolutely fabulous. The condo is super clean and well positioned. We enjoyed the tranquil location in front of the bay and the convenience of the 2 block walk to the boardwalk.

Wonderful experience

We enjoyed our time at Good Vibes only. The convenience to the beach and to alot of the sites we wanted to see was especially nice. Tooraj was very easy to communicate with.

Staycation

This was a staycation for us and we absolutely loved it! The place was clean and chic. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was everything you need to enjoy the bay. This part of the bay is very calm so perfect for kids. Definitely looking forward to returning!

Clean, updated, and great location

My husband and I along with our Portuguese Water Dog spent 4 nights at the property. The view was amazing and it was very quiet at night. It was also a great location for walking to restaurants and the beach. Interior was clean, updated, and well appointed. The owner was easy to communicate with and we would definitely stay here again.

Great location and loved the unit!

Our family celebrated my wife’s 40th anniversary in this unit and had a spectacular time. The location could not have been better and our family loved biking, paddle boarding, eating, and amusement parking! Would love to do it again in the future. The unit was perfect for our famiy of 4.

Delightful Weekend

A quick getaway weekend with my daughter in law and two dogs. Only good vibes in this place. Very peaceful and relaxing. Everything you need within a few steps all with great views. Recommend 10 out of 10 stars!

This rental has a perfect location, incredible view, responsive host, comfortable beds, comfortable pillows, a great outdoor gathering space, and everything you need for a fun day on the beach! We traveled with an 8 month old baby and the calm water of the bay and the more low key sidewalk traffic was really nice (especially compared to the craziness on the ocean front boardwalk). We traveled in July and we had sun in the mornings but the entire patio was shaded by 2pm in the evenings which was a really nice escape from the heat. I appreciate that they maximized the seating but made the seating comfortable options too. You can tell the host cares about their property and about you having a good stay. Host was very helpful/responsive with any kind of questions we had which we really appreciated.Pro tip: the Ralph’s in PB has underground parking and the prices are not bad for being by the beach. Snag something to grill and eat on the patio and say “hi” to all the people passing by. Also, stay up until 8:45pm to watch sea worlds drone show from the patio!

Mission Vay

This property has fabulous views of Mission Bay and is 15 minute walk to Mission Beach at Beaumont park roller coaster and amusement park. Draft restaurant was walkable and had great food and service
