Condo familial climatisé au niveau de la plage (nouvelle construction 2005 / AC ajoutée 2019) avec grand patio pour un espace de vie confortable et divertissant avec comptoir ouvert sur la cuisine et la salle à manger. Les enfants adorent les couchettes doubles intégrées, l'éclairage des compartiments et les tiroirs supplémentaires pour l'équipement et les jouets. Larges portes pour personnes à mobilité réduite.
Cette propriété au bord de la baie est idéale pour l'action ... que ce soit juste pour regarder les autres ou votre famille faire du sport sur l'herbe, creuser dans le sable ou pagayer sur l'eau calme à San Juan Cove. Si vous souhaitez vous élever d'un cran, essayez le yoga sur une planche de surf!
Santa Clara Pt. est à quelques pas de là où il est possible de louer des planches, des bateaux, des jet-skis, de vous inscrire à des camps d'été et de garer votre voiture supplémentaire dans le parking public ou d'accoster le bateau. Amazing family stay. Beautiful nautical theme and great location right on the beach. My favorite place I’ve ever stayed at in San Diego. The owner was super helpful with our stay and getting baby equipment delivered. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Such an amazing location. Property was extremely comfortable and exactly as advertised, if not better. The views off the patio are outstanding, especially at sunrise. I will definitely reach out again on my next visit to San Diego.My only quibble is that the internet connection was not great. Video calls would frequently stutter and skip. I don't think this was a problem with the property though as it seemed localized to the area. When I would go to bars, coffee shops, or restaurants within a few blocks, I had the exact same problem. I'm guessing it was an issue with the internet company itself. Something localized to the area. I'm definitely not holding it against this amazing host or her property.

Location is great in mission beach. Owner was quick to respond when we didn’t have access to the check in information, as well as a question from usThe property is dated a bit, but overall the only real “concern” was the cleanliness. We ended up having to vacuum a good bit when we got there (giant rug in living room had some leftover snacks under it), and clean up some surfaces like the secondary bath. Overall I think the property was a great location and worked well for us.

The location was fantastic on Mission Bay. Wake up, set up chairs and umbrellas. Paddleboard, kayak, bike, or go surfing at Mission Beach. Didn't move the cars the whole time. Met the owner very nice a gracious host. We had a great time will do it again.

Fun at the beach.

We enjoyed staying on the bay and close to the ocean. The property was nice with a great patio. Close to the waters edge and a nice grass area.

We had an amazing time. The condo was perfect for what we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful. Location was perfect because it was nice and quiet on the bay side, but a quick walk to the ocean side, we saw the Sea World summer fireworks every night. Cannot say enough good things. We would definitely book here again.

This condo is perfect for families, we stayed here for our kids' Fall break for the 2nd year in a row and had an amazing trip! Carolyn is a fantastic host that is very communicative and the property itself is very well maintained. We love being able to let our boys just run out into the sand near the bay and play whiffle ball or football within our line of sight from inside the condo or on the porch. It is also a very easy walk down Ormond Ct. to the oceanside boardwalk to the beach where we spent most of our time. What would really push this property over the top is some additional investment in beach chairs and equipment, even if it needed to be shared with the other unit(s). The trip went by way too fast, can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful time stating at Carolyn’sProperty. The location between the beach and the bay was fantastic. Our family of 5 had plenty of room and the air conditioning and water and dryer could not be beat. The kitchen had all of the supplies you could imagine and what a pleasant surprise to sit outside and view fireworks every evening. It was a pleasure to stay here and if we come back to mission beach we would definitely stay again. Thanks Carolyn!!!

Great location!

We loved how close it was to shops, coffee and restaurants in the area. Short bike ride down to Belmont Park and quick walk to the beach side as well. Our kids loved the bunk beds and being right on the bay water!

Great location, loved the tandem parking and the garage to store our paddleboards and bikes. However the upstairs renters decided to use our paddleboards as they didn’t understand the shared garage. He thought all the equipment was good to use, so perhaps better instructions on the shared garage! Also my rating as good was because the master bedroom bed specifically needs to be upgraded, the bedding was old and run down! Loved working with Carolyn she was a great host!

Very clean, nice amenities, quiet, close to beach, bay water was green with seaweed- not so good for swimming, nice patio. Walking distance to resturants, coffee shops. Great place for families.

Bayside Condo

This condo has it all. Plenty of seating inside and out. Cute beach decor throughout. Great location for walking to many eating places and Ocean and Boardwalk just across the street. A very lovely place to stay.

Amazing property

Everything about this property was exactly as advertised and excellent. The location is PERFECT. It is on the bay side, and more relaxing and quiet than Mission Beach, yet you are steps away from the Mission Beach boardwalk, restaurants, and shops. The owner was very kind and helpful. We loved our stay!

This Bayfront property was purchased in 2000, demolished with completion of 3 wonderful condos in 2005. (The 3rd level condo is not available for rent.)

Location, location, location! I love the day time action - watching sport, dog walkers on the grass & sand; and in the water the paddle boarders, sailboats, jet skis, seems something new is added each year. Just steps away on Santa Clara Point you can rent water "toys" for all ages...from boogie boards to party boats with hot tub! Evenings & nights are magical from sunset to sunrise - from cloud watching with changing colors to moon rise & reflecting lights across the bay. The view will be a lasting memory whether with family or friend!
