Located on The Bay off of Santa Clara, this condo is perfectly located to enjoy Mission Beach in both directions. Situated on the 4th floor (yes we have an elevator), the ocean breezes keep our unit wonderfully cool AND we can see the Pacific from our master bedroom. Covered parking for one vehicle plus plenty of parking directly in front at Santa Clara Point.

We have a number of activities available directly in front of our unit at Santa Clara Point: Mission Bay Sports Center. (They offer a variety of boat rentals and water toys for rent.) Santa Clara Point also has:
Grass Park, Basketball Court, Tennis Courts, Boat Rentals, Picnic Tables, Restrooms, Boat Launch, Activity Center.

Sleeps 4 in bedrooms and can accommodate children on either our blow-up bed in the living room, or our single folding bed, or on the sofa.

Everything was spotless and well stocked. This is a beautifully decorated 4th floor corner apartment with wonderful views in all directions. The furniture is comfortable and good water pressure in showers. It's a great location to the airport, downtown, beach towns and Sea World. We had a wonderful, relaxing time during our visit.

Place was nice with the advertised views. However, older building offers tiny elevator and rear stairway that requires caution due to shallow stairs. It is a very busy and quite noisy location between significant traffic, bar noise and a private club directly next door. While the club and the bar taper off around 10, it doesn't get quiet which makes enjoying the view difficult. This would be a great place for someone that enjoys crowds and the associated sound.

Thank you for your feedback. Our condo location really is suitable for those who want easy walking to the heart of Mission Beach and all that it offers in restaurants, bars, and water activities. Its perfect for all that, and it does quiet down later. However, those seeking serenity should consider other areas, perhaps not Mission Beach. Our elevator accommodates up to 6 people and for a small 7 unit building, its perfect. And we love not having to use any stairs. However we have emergency stairs at the front of the building and also in the back.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Obviously the location is perfect and the parking space is a plus. The bed is comfy and the kitchen has everything you will need. Very spacious and the host was accommodating. Highly recommend

Great location and lodging

This property is perfectly located between bay and sea, sports activities and walking distance eats.The unit is spacious and has covered parking that accommodated our Nissan Armada (large SUV). Would definitely stay here again.

The best spot in Mission Beach!

This apartment was perfect for our family and the location cannot be beat! Close to lots of restaurants and just steps to the bay and the ocean! Views are spectacular too!

We had such a an amazing experience staying here. So much so that we didn't want to leave and do the activities we had planned during comic con. I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful condo on the bay side of Mission Beach, San Diego, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with stunning views of the bay that took our breath away. The condo itself is beautifully decorated, combining modern amenities with a cozy beach vibe that instantly made us feel at home.

Such a great condo on the bay! The location was ideal, with a paved trail around the bay on one side and the beach boardwalk two blocks away. Additionally, there are endless possibilities for coffee/breakfast places in the morning and wonderful restaurants and music venues close by. It was such a treat to wake up, grab a cup of coffee, and take a walk, to participate in or just watch the variety of activities from running, cycling, rowing, sailing, water skiing, kite surfing etc. The condo itself, apart from being superbly located, was accurate to its listing - clean and well equipped as described. We would definitely stay here again and we can highly recommend this place to others!
