Holly and Al are the best owners we’ve ever worked with. This is our third stay at their condo(would have been our 4th, but Covid shutdowns caused us to cancel one stay). They have been very communicative prior to, and throughout our stay. Ongoing construction on the building did not disrupt our stay too much at all. The condo has been remodeled, including a new kitchen area, and is in awesome condition. The view from the lanai is breathtaking. Sunsets over the water have been brilliant.Holly and Al allowed us to add a couple days as well, to avoid traveling through the remnants of Hurricane Iasias, which was greatly appreciated. This is also a great time of year to visit, with low traffic on the roads, as well as the restaurants. The water is still in the mid 80’s too!Overall a great visit!!Len & Karen J.

These owners provided everything we needed! Paying attention to detail they provided shampoo, soaps, laundry detergent and so much more. Very clean & comfortable and the view is fabulous. The washer and dryer were a big plus. Great communication and clear directions posted. Thank you for a fabulous vacation!

Condo was on the top floor. Lovely view. Host was extremely responsive. Something out of her control were the elevators. One was broken (only 2 total) every single day of our stay. Frustrating for a big building.

Wonderful, clean and well organized condo with unbeatable 17th floor views of the Gulf. Everything is set to go for the beach…just relax.

Great vacation

The condo was clean and comfortable with all the amenities of home. The property owners were very accessible and cooperative. We had beautiful weather all week. May is a beautiful month on Marco Island. Great weather and no crowds. We highly recommend this property and would rent again.

Beautiful Condo

Our condo was so beautiful, clean and right on the beach where you can watch the sunset each night on the balcony. Some restaurants are within walking distance, which is a plus. The beach was never crowded. We needed a relaxing vacation and it was Perfect!

Wonderful condo with spectacular view

Condo was well stocked and very clean. Totally enjoyed the week. Communication with the owners was easy. Sea winds condos are very nice and close to restaurants and grocery stores right up the road. Beach is very nice too!!

Excellent Vacation

This condo was perfect in every way. It had everything we needed, and then some! Owners were very attentive and available for minor issues at beginning of our stay. Very clean; the cleanest condo we have ever seen. (We have stayed at quite a few of them). We hope to come back to Marco Island, and will definitely stay at this condo again!
