Condo au bord de la plage au 16e étage sur la cÎte ouest du golfe de Floride, vue sur l'océan

Profitez de ce magnifique condo de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain entiÚrement mis à jour en bord de mer dans le complexe fermé South Seas Northwest. C'est dans la tour 4, condo 1605 sur Marco Island et le golfe du Mexique. Le condo a été entiÚrement rénové et mis à jour en octobre 2019. Un balcon bien meublé offre une vue sur le sable blanc de la plage de Marco Island. Il dispose d'une grande piscine extérieure chauffée toute l'année. L'unité a été récemment mise à jour, chaleureuse, accueillante et propre et dispose de tout le confort de la maison. Téléviseurs à écran plat, avec plus de 100 chaßnes, WiFi pour la famille, cuisine moderne, salle à manger ainsi qu'une buanderie à proximité, sans oublier tout ce dont vous auriez besoin pour une journée à la plage. Fourni est un chariot de plage, des chaises et une glaciÚre. Vous profiterez d'un accÚs direct à la plage, d'une salle d'entraßnement et d'une courte promenade en ville.

C'est un trÚs bel appartement à un prix bien inférieur à celui d'un hÎtel sur l'ßle. Le condo peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes, avec un lit king size dans la chambre principale, et deux lits simples dans la deuxiÚme chambre et un canapé-lit (confortable pour 1 ou 2 enfants). Nous avons 2 autres unités dans ce complexe, donc si vous avez un groupe voyageant à Marco, faites le moi savoir. Tous sont des condos 5 étoiles.

The view was amazing! The condo was very clean and well taken care of, even the balcony and the balcony furniture. We had everything we needed. The entire complex was clean and exceptionally well maintained; everything from the parking garage, elevators, laundry rooms, pool, workout room, landscaping.....everything. Very impressive. Frank communicated everything we needed to know very thoroughly and effectively. Frank was very easy to contact when we had questions and replied very promptly. Our two weeks on Marco Island could not have been any better! Thanks so much!

Family vacation

Great family vacation on Marco Island. We loved that there was everything needed for the beach! We ate out each day but the kitchenette came with everything needed to eat in. Loved the balcony and could see the fireworks from it on the 4th! Only bad piece was the walk to the beach but that’s common if you stay in that area.

What a great place!

Our first time to Marco. Condo and location were great. Everything was clean and well stocked. It's a bit of a walk from the condo to get to the gulf but beach and views were fantastic. Also enjoyed having access to the 12 pickle ball courts which were top notch. We played almost every day. Owner batted 1000 on restaurant recommendations! Definitely recommend.

What a gem!

Amazing price point for this condo and resort! Cannot say enough good things about our 9-day stay here. Great instructions and communication with our owner/manager, well-appointed condo with everything we needed for days on the beach or a cozy night in. For the days or nights we wanted to venture out to town the restaurant recommendations were spot on and we found so much to do. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful view of the beach and Gulf coast. Marco has the best sunsets. Loved sitting on the lanai and watching the waves wash into shore. Owner communicated in a timely and friendly manner addressing our questions and concerns.

Loved this condo!

The unit exceeded our expectations. Extremely clean, beautifully furnished and updated The view from the balcony was spectacular. We did not mind the walk to the beach. The beach wagon was super helpful. The only reason I am not giving this a five star was the pool regulations. Over the top restrictions.. we couldn’t even have some chips at a table or a beer at a lawn chair. Completely understand why they would not want food or drinks IN the pool. There was an all day security guard working at the pool. This is the reason that we would not stay at this complex again. Otherwise a perfect place!!

Excellent views

My family enjoyed our recent stay here. The views are great and well represented in the pictures. It is a little bit of walk to beach, took use about 10 minutes with beach cart. The beach is pristine and full of great shells. Owner was easy to get in touch with and quick to help with minor problem resolution. The pool rules were a bit strict and the resort does seem to draw an older crowd.

Stay at Marco Island

We loved this condo and will definitely be back in the future. The kitchen was stocked with just about everything you would need. It is a little bit of a walk to get down to the beach which wasn’t a big deal to us. We did not encounter any issues that would require us to contact the owner. He was quick to respond to my questions before the trip. Overall great vacation.

Great stay, incredible value

We just got back and already miss Florida. Condo was excellent and everything involving our stay was a piece of cake. There was some anxiety after reading some reviews about South Seas and excessive pool rules, but we didn't experience that. Even with kids aged 3, 5 and 7 we had a blast without issue.

Beautiful Condo with great amenities

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful with nice furnishings. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies. It also beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. We also enjoyed the pickle ball conveniently located across the drive. The owner was very accommodating allowing us an early access and delayed checkout. I highly recommend it!

Great Condo but
..long walk to the beach , too many rules

Condo was great,clean and just as described. Be prepared the walk to the beach is at least 1 mile and if you have anyone with mobility issues it is not an easy walk. There are way too many rules at the pool -no drinks,food, children can’t bring toys or float,etc. they are strictly enforced(sometimes rudely) by pool attendants.

Wonderful location!

We booked this condo bc we were looking for ocean views, daily walks on the beach and a nice pool. It checked all of these boxes. The condo was clean, comfortable and most of the amenities we needed for the week were provided. Anything you would want for the beach (cooler, wagon, cart, beach toys, umbrellas, towels, etc) is included, which is really nice if you are flying. The cookware could use an upgrade as the pans were very warped and difficult to cook with. If you are renting this condo, you should know that getting to the actual beach is probably 1/4- 1/3 of a mile walk and the pool rules are strictly enforced (which we did not have a problem with) The condo is close to many great restaurants, we especially enjoyed Doreens Cup of Joe for breakfast, Sami's pizza and Annie's Ice cream-its worth the wait. Marco is very easy to get around when we ventured out. The owner was very responsive and communication was excellent. We had a series of unfortunate events that were completely out of his control - our flight down was cancelled (he kindly offered us another day) parking for tower 4 was blocked off, no air conditioning on Saturday and the water in our unit was turned off the day we left) BUT we still had a great time and I would return without hesitation.

Felt like home

Gorgeous rental! This was the best place to stay in for our vacation at Marco Island. It was clean, inviting, and offered great amenities. The bonus was the amazing view from the balcony!!

The inside has just been remodeled and updated in October of 2019. You are on the beautiful white sand beach of Marco Island, with a wonderful view of the Gulf of Mexico right from the 16th floor balcony.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Great views of the beach and ocean. Warm Gulf of Mexico ocean waters for swimming. Combine this with a large private outdoor pool that is heated year round. A workout room in tower 3, and restaurants and bars close by. Prices at restaurants are very affordable as well.
