LOCATION: It's a short walk to the gulf coast water, at the south end of Marco Island. Itâs only 1/2 a mile to the very popular Marco Walk Plaza, providing restaurants, shops & a movie theater! And, it's 1 mile from the JW Marriott, as well.

The MASTER BATHROOM provides double vanity sinks. Our two condos are the only ones in the building providing this added value.
- THE LIVING ROOM provides a Giant 55" flat screen Smart TV, able to stream Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc., when you sign into your personal account(s). The couch converts into a Queen sleeper bed.
-KITCHEN: Our condo has full sized stainless steel stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator & dishwasher. A fully stocked kitchen includes: 2025 new pots & pans, a Keurig 575 Coffee Maker, a Black & Decker 12-Cup Coffee Maker, a Blender, a Toaster, a Knife Block and an Electric Griddle. You'll also find kitchen soaps, cleaning supplies and a roll of paper towels, to get you started.
- THE MASTER BEDROOM has a comfortable new KING bed, with an on-suite private bathroom, offering double vanity sinks and a walk-in shower. A Large 50" Flat screen Smart TV securely, able to stream Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc., when you sign into your personal account(s). A blue tooth speaker, clock & charging device. Full sized iron & ironing board.
- THE GUEST BEDROOM: Provides two twin beds, and a private full bathroom with an âoversizedâ walk-in shower. This bedroom also has a 32" Flat screen Smart TV able to stream, when you sign into your personal account(s). A blue tooth speaker, clock & charging device.
- BATHROOMS: each have towels, a hair dryer, Bath & Body Works hand soaps and a roll of toilet paper, to get you started on your vacation. Just bring your favorite toiletries and sunscreen.
- LAUNDRY ROOM: We have a full sized Washer & Dryer inside the condo. Complimentary laundry detergent & dryer sheets. We can't guarantee they'll always be there, because if/when people use the last of it, we may not catch it. We do our very best.
- BEACH CLOSET/LOCKER; Complimentary beach items for your use includes 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels for your time at the white sandy beach!

-There is 992 Square feet of living space in this condo. NO MORE THAN 4 ADULTS, with a total of 5 persons. We want you to be comfortable, not cramped. Infants are included as âa personâ and should be counted in your reservation.
- PARKING: All Sea Winds condo have a $50 Parking pass requirement, which can be purchased at the front desk when you register for your stay. One (1) Parking spot, per condo. No assigned parking. It's first come, first serve.
-KEY PICK UP: Keys get picked up from a location that is only a half mile away and on your route to the condo. Easy pick up & drop off, directly on South Collier Blvd.

TURTLE SEASON is from May 1st-October 31st. Renting during âTurtle Seasonâ requires patio lights off & condo shades shut/drawn, closed by 8:45pm until 7am. Significant fines are given by the Fish & Wildlife Management, if the rules are not followed. These fee will be the responsibility of the renter to pay.

â ïž â ïž SPECIAL NOTE: (ENTERED ON DEC. 13, 2025) There will be construction on the Sea Winds building, estimated to begin the week of July 13 2026 through November 2026. The work crew will be working from swing stages, in the back of the building. This allows workers to safely reach high facades. These workers will be visibile, as they work on these balconies. Noise will be intermittent throughout the day, ending at approximately 4:30pm, weekdays. The Sea Winds Balcony Project is being completed in accordance with the recommendations from the Structural Integrity Study performed in compliance with Florida law. The work crew will be working on the First and Second condo stacks. This condo is in the Second Stack. At times, the balcony could also be closed, intermittently. Dust will probably be visible at times during this process, as well. During this time the pool will be closed during the day from approximately 8:30am to 4:30pm. Access to the beach will be open. Rental rates have been significantly reduced during this project. Plan your vacation accordingly, so you can maximize your time on excursions and at the beach. Thank you!
Beautiful beach view and private 10th floor balcony. Condo was nicely decorated and perfect for our enjoyable stay in Marco Island! Appreciated the locker full of Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrellas for spending time on the nice sandy beach on the gulf. Parking was also nice and close. Very satisfied!!
Beautiful ocean front condo. We had an amazing week walking the beach, collecting shells, and relaxing on the balcony watching dolphins swim by while eating lunch or enjoying the sunset before going out to dinner. Booked a fun jet ski excursion through the 10,000 islands too! Great spot!
Beautiful location in Marco Island. This property is conveniently located to area restaurants and shopping areas. A short drive to the Everglades and the Fort Myers airport. Along with other areas of interest.

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. Everything we needed for our week stay was provided to spend time at the beach, the pool and on the balcony watching the sunset. The condo was clean and decorated so well. We would definitely recommend staying here.

This is an AMAZING condo! Wow! This is the place to stay on Marco Island. Michael and Tracy are the best hosts, making me feel free welcome. They're great communicators and responded promptly. The condo is fully stocked with everything. You don't need to bring a thing - it's all there. The condo is also spotless - super clean. Beautifully furnished. And comfortable, from the couch to the balcony chairs to the bed. The condo is in the perfect spot. You can walk up and down the beach - it's almost 90 minutes to walk all the way down one way. Sea shells abound. The water is warm. The sand is wonderful. It's not too busy, and I was there over the Christmas holiday. They provide chairs, umbrellas, even a wagon to cart everything to the beach. Pretty amazing! The condo building itself is very secure - I felt very safe at all times. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The pool is wonderfully warm. I had the best time. I will definitely be back! I highly, highly recommend staying here.
