“Wow!” is what you’ll say when you step into this gorgeous 1st row beachfront house. Wave N Sea has stylish nautical decor, an open floor plan, high ceilings, lots of natural light, and an amazing beach view! Step onto the deck and be blown away by the endless views of the gulf. Admire the beach while preparing your family's favorite dishes in the fully equipped kitchen with both bar seating and a large dining table. All bedrooms and the living area feature flat-screen smart TVs, and the home offers high speed internet.
The primary bedroom offers a king bed and an en suite bath with tub/shower and double vanity. Bedroom two features a queen bed, and bedroom three has a full over full bunk bed with trundle bed. The queen sleeper sofa and ottoman twin bed in the living area make it possible to sleep 12. There are also a travel crib and high chair available for your baby.
Enjoy the morning sunrise and listen to the waves from the furnished deck, and when you are ready to get some sand between your toes the beach is literally steps away. The downstairs patio area has a picnic table, charcoal BBQ grill, and chairs perfect for a barbecue with friends and family. An outdoor shower is attached downstairs to wash the day away before enjoying the home.

Small dogs allowed with pet fee. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.

Some of theirs were rusted. We really enjoyed our stay so much we decided to stay one more night.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at the Wave N Sea beach house. VERY busy during July 4th holiday, but the fireworks were great. House was very clean, but kitchen was not as well supplied as a family that cooks needs; we bought a couple of items and left for others to enjoy after us.
