We especially Loved the pool and hot tub. It was even a very nice warm temperature on cooler days.Our host was very attentive and responded very quickly to any questions we had. We enjoyed the view of the lake many different times of the day
so serene.Close to amenities and 40 minutes from RSW airport.Would definitely stay again!

THE PICTURES SPEAK VOLUMES!!

We booked this home for our 39th anniversary were not disappointed. This home was everything we were looking for and everything was exactly as it is in the picture.This home is tucked away in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. The first thing we noticed walking in was the beauty of the home, but we were quickly distracted by the stunning views of the lake - so clear, clean, and tranquil; water is therapeutic for me. The house is equipped with any and everything you need for a relaxing vacation, and if it’s not there, do you really need it? The pool was an added bonus for cooling off on those warm days. The entire process was effortless and the owners were incredibly responsive to my texts. We give our stay five stars across the board!!

We had the most amazing time here! The house was very spacious and clean, we felt right at home! The house has everything you need! The pool was amazing! Matt and Michelle were very quick to answering any questions. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. We will be back again!

Quick getaway

Overall is was roomy and set up well for families. Did not like the front door at all. Big gap in door. The slope away from the pool was a bit steep. might be a bit challenging for tots. . The cushions on the patio furniture could use a good cleaning or replacement. . Once we figured out the hot tub that was excellent. Felt some rules were a bit much. Dont leave food but there was a bunch in the freezer and cabinets. Plus the dont habe food outside of the kitchen or dining area. We know about florida bugs. Even found one or two fun ones in the bathroom. Overall if youre looking for somewhere to go with family, this isnt a bad place. Probably just not for us again uwindows and a gap on the doors.

Spring break

We had a fantastic stay. Photos were spot on of the property. The master bath was amazing, the outdoor hot tub and powerful jets were a highlight. Lots of space for the four of us. Would recommend staying here. A few pieces of feedback i would offer up: outdoor lighting. Very limited in pool area and i would add solar lights to the larger area. It was hard to take advantage of that space at night as well as grill. I would increase linen - blankets and towels were short. The girls had a few issues with the bathroom - hot water, pressure and toilet. We otherwise got exactly what we came for.

We stayed at this property with my 83 year old parents, my sister and her husband. We loved this property. It was clean, beautifully decorated, plenty of space for us to relax. The Florida room was our favorite space.

Long weekend

Long weekend staycation. Very nice property. Great layout. Enjoyed pool and spa. Comfortable furniture and master bedroom/ bathroom. Flexible accommodation from hosts ! 10 mins to downtown Punta Gorda restaurants and nightlife. Highly recommended 5 stars. Christmas Tree a nice touch !!

Hurricane stay

The place is beautiful. Everything was great except we added more days to our stay and the host forgot to add it to our door entry and we were unable to access the house after a long days work and it took 22 minutes for the host to respond. Just a minor mistake but bad timing for us. Overall would recommend it to anyone up to 5 people.

Great stay

Visited Florida to see family and chose this house as a place to stay. The house is as good as it sounds in the description. The house's overall flow was so open and airy. The furniture was all top quality and in great condition. The pool, where we spent a lot of time, was exactly what we were looking for. One note, parts of the deck have a decent slope to them and get very slippery.

Schönes Haus

Innen ein sehr schönes Haus, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Außenbereich ist ansich auch sehr schön aber leider konnte man die Liege und StĂŒhle nicht benutzen, da sie enorme Stockflecken hatten, da mochte man sich selbst mit einem Handtuch nicht hinsetzen
 ansonsten war aber alles sehr schön. Auch der Kontakt zu Matt und Michelle war sehr nett. Nur beim Tropensturm hĂ€tten wir uns etwas Hilfe gewĂŒnscht, wir wussten nicht wirklich, was wir machen sollten. Leider gab es da auf Nachfrage keine Antwort. Aber Gott sei Dank hatten wir großes GlĂŒck.

Beautiful, comfortable, quiet clean home.

We decided on staying in Port Charlotte as it was an ideal location between N. Fort Myers and North Port where my husband's siblings have homes. We definitely made the perfect choice to stay in this VRBO. The home is lovely, the neighborhood is quiet and in a location that's easy to get to restaurants and grocery stores. We will be back! My new "Go-To"

This is the second time I've rented this home. The first time it was my wife and I with our 2 kids and a friend of our daughter's. We loved it then. My wife passed away in January this year and I wanted to take the kids just to get away for a few days and I knew this home was just what I wanted. It did not disappoint. Location is fantastic. 15 minutes to Punta Gorda airport. Close to restaurants, groceries, etc. Close to the interstate to Tampa or Ft Myers. Very quiet neighborhood. The house is wonderful itself. Comfortable beds/pillows, big TV in living room (yes, that's important to us), comfortable furniture, GREAT heated pool/spa, and love being on a lake. We enjoyed watching the 4th of July neighborhood fireworks while in our own heated pool. Had a small internet issue at the start but communication with the owners was wonderful and we figured out the issue. TONS of dishes, glassware, utensils, etc. My only recommendation would be to put some sort of window covering on the front windows/door. Both the kids and I thought it was a little creepy at night that people can see in. But this wasn't any sort of issue to sway my feelings on this house. I will definitely rent this house again if we head back to the Port Charlotte area in the future.

Wonderful Stay

After a slight hiccup at checkin, which was quickly resolved by the owners, we immediately feel in love with the view from the front door to the pool! After a walkthrough of the home we unfortunately discovered a large dead worm in the entryway by the front door and a dead frog or gecko in the master bath. Also, the prior guests had not cleaned out the refrigerator, freezer, and cupboards of any leftover foods. Upon us throwing out the food, we discovered that both trash barrels and the recycling barrel was packed full. This resulted in us later catching a racoon picking through the trash! The pool deck was extremely dirty. We ended up going to get $1 loofahs at Walmart so we could clean our feet. All the towels and washcloths as well as the bed sheets are white and we were afraid we would ruin them. The BBQ grill needed to be cleaned badly, as it was clear a prior guest had a grease fire inside the grill. The ignition switch didn’t work and there was no lighter to be found. There were also no grill utensils to use. The rest was very positive! The master bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable! The pool and hot tub were definitely highlights. We used them daily. We saw lots of wildlife right from the backyard, such as an alligator in the pond, turtles, bunnies, lots of birds and even a Florida bobcat! The home is well equipped and the furniture was very comfortable. Our favorite place to sit was in the lanai chairs. We would stay again!

Beautiful Getaway

Matt and Michelle were very accommodating and provided great information on local amenities. The house is absolutely stunning and has that "home" feel. My husband and I traveled with our 3 yr old, and the space was more than sufficient. The pool was perfect, and what an amazing view! We will definitely try to stay again!

Tranquil

This was one of the most enjoyable and relaxing rentals I've had in recent memory. The house is beautifully appointed and the pool and spa were so inviting i found it hard to get out at the end of the day. I would recommend this properly to anyone looking for a retreat from the everyday.

Nice house

Loved the pool. Shower in master bath has a slippery floor, bath tub in hall bath was not much better. But overall, we had a great time. Came home with a Florida sunburn! Great.
