We were visiting for an athletic event and needed a place to stay that was close to the Arizona athletic grounds! This house was the perfect spot! It was nearby, had lots of space, plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our group, and a nice kitchen and living area to hang out in. We walked around in the park behind the house a few mornings, which was very nice too!

It was perfect!

We had everything we needed! It was clean and safe. It's a perfect location near everything, including the highways to get around. By far our favorite vrbo in Arizona. We will try to stay here next time.

Perfect location

We wanted to stay somewhere close to the renaissance festival and this fit the bill. The property is nice and well maintained. Also located in a quiet neighborhood.

Holiday getaway

The house is right next to a park/playground. It felt very safe. It was clean and smelled amazing! The host was so nice to work with and everything was close by.

Amazing Place

The house was perfectly clean and cool. No complaints at all. Host answered any questions instantly. Neighborhood was very quiet. Couldn't be happier with the Duval home and Ryan's hospitality. Will definitely try and stay there again if we visit Mesa.

A little disappointed

Little attention to detail on Cleaning. Kitchen cupboards were sticky, refrigerator, not thoroughly cleaned, air return vent’s all very dirty. Not enough seating either in the living room or dining table area. No towel bar in master bathroom or safety grab bar in master bathroom shower or guest bathroom shower.

Perfect little house for my family

We came to Arizona to spend Thanksgiving 🩃 with my brother and his family. We also came down to see the BYU vs ASU game.🏈 The neighborhood that this house is in is in a perfect location, a park is right in the backyard and it is super close to several stores. The house itself isnt huge but is a cute little 3 bedroom place that fit us perfect. The owner was very willing to make sure we had everything we needed.. The beds were comfortable, the furnishings were nice and comfortable. Has a nice two car garage. Two fridges and freezers. I think the only really negative thing about this place is the rug that is used under the master bed, if you are barefoot avoid walking on it. Your feet almost sticks to it like velcro and it gave me the chills every time. 😬😬 Other than that i will 💯% recommend this house to anyone i know visiting the area. 👍👍👍

Great weekend getaway

Our group of girlfriends were in town for a pickle ball tournament and needed a place to stay somewhat near Bell Bank Park. We were so happy to find this home which was perfect in every way. Very clean with attention to detail and wonderful
